Trustin is produced by Eurapipe Indonesia a leading PE (Polyethylene) thermoplastic in Indonesia, providing complete piping system from 15mm to 1000mm. In the near future planned expansion will increase Eurapipe product offering and size range.

following locations: Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand. Eurapipe aims to be a customer preferred supplier of thermoplastic piping system, always providing quality products and excellent technical services support.

Technical Specification
Mechanical Properties:
- High tensile strength with a high resistance against fast and slow crack propagation- Very high impact strength- High elongation to breaking
Weathering:
UV Protective additives such as carbon black as specified in AS/NZS 4131 and hindered amine light stabilisers (HALS• are added to minimise degradation. The use of carbon black as an added UV stabiliser greatly assists prolonging the life of pipe exposed to Ultra Violet Light; therefore black pipes dominate general use in above ground applications. Pipes of colour other than black should be protected from direct sunlight during storage, particularly if they are to be stored for more than 2 years.
Abrasion Resistance:
Excellent resistance against abrasion, therefore PE piping systems are used in numerous applications for conveying solids and slurries.

Working Temperature
The Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP• of a Polyethylene (PE• pipe system is influenced by the temperature of the pipe wall. The nominal pressure rating (PN• assigned to an AS/NZS 4130 PE pipe equates to performance at 20°C, i.e. a PN16 pipe is capable of withstanding a MAOP of 160m head (1.6MPa or 16 bar pressure• when operating continuously at 20°C. In situations where the temperature of the pipe wall increases, the MAOP of the pipe is reduced progressively, therefore the Polyethylene pipe system will be required to be re-rated with the increasing temperature.
Packaging, Handling and Storage
Straight lengths are usually strapped together or crated depending on the number of pipes. Straight pipes should be evenly supported and stacked to prevent distortion. Coils can be stored flat on a solid flat surface or in a near vertical position to prevent distortion. When lifting straight pipes and coils, only webbing slings should used to lift either by crane or backhoe. Chains, wire ropes and hooks should not be used; these types of lifting equipment can cause damage to the pipe surface. If a forklift is used, contact points must be protected from damage and the fork tines should not be inserted between the winding of the coils. Caution needs to be taken when releasing and uncoiling the tension restraint straps. Straight lengths and coils should be stored in an area that prevents damage such as pipe indentations, scratching or scoring of pipe ends, gouges on pipe surface or pipe ovality distortion. Pipes of colour other than black should be protected from direct sunlight during storage, particularlyif they are to be stored for more than 2 years.
