Our machines are normally delivered filled with standard hydraulic oil ISOWG 46 or they can be supplied with environmentally friendly bio-degradable oil.

Doro Cutter 3090/3091The Doro Cutter 3090 is recommended for cut-ting of normal aquatic vegetation and is usuallythe obvious choice in most waters. The cutter isoperated hydraulically and is easily connected toTruxor’s equipment bracket. Cutting depth is 1m. The knives are exchangeable and the workingbreadth may be varied from 2.2 to 4 m. The cut-ter requires water for lubrication during work andis therefore not suitable for use on land.A stone-triggered system protects it frombreaking the knives against solid objects.The Doro Cutter 3091 is the same model ofcutter, but has an extended cutting depth of 1.4Both models are delivered as standard with aknife work width of 4 metres.

Doro Cutter ESM 2100For the cutting of reed and larger aquaticplants found in the margins and along riverbanks. The Doro Cutter ESM 2100 is a front-attached cutter with Busati model double-action knives which means that the cutterdoes not need water as a lubricant whenworking. The knives do not require water forlubrication and are suitable for use in shallowwater and in marshlands. The Doro CutterESM 2100 has good capacity and can also beused for thick reeds. Doro Cutter ESM 1700This cutter is side-mounted on Truxor forcutting along riversides andchannels so that the angle of the cutting unitcan be adjusted. The knives are a Busatimodel which means that the cutterdoes not need water for lubrication whenworking. Doro Cutter ESM 1700 is equippedwith an automatic stone-triggered solutionwhich protects the cutter when motion isstopped due to solid objects. The cutter has awork width of 1.7 m and a cutting depth of0.5 m. It has good capacity and the DoroCutter ESM 1700 cuts thick reeds and plantgrowth without problems.

Doro Cutter ESM 2200Doro Cutter ESM 2200 cuts and gathers atthe same time making it the ideal tool forworking in marinas and small streamswhere water is constantly moving.If only the cutting function is required thecollection basket can be easily removed.

Collection - just as important as cuttingCut water plants left in the water act as afertiliser. We therefore recommend thatcut plants always be collected andremoved. By gathering water plants andpicking them up, you also help to removepart of the "over-fertilisation" from thelake. For those using their reed cutter indifferent type of water, we usuallyrecommend cleaning the machine betweenmoves in order to prevent spreadingundesired water plants to new watersystems.

The grip bucket is used for the removal of silt and submerged objects from canal bottoms or lakes. Usingthe telescopic arm gives a working depth of 1.7 m.

For surface work the standard bracket is used for the bucket or log grab giving a greater lifting powerwithout the telescopic arm.

The Doro Pump The Doro Pump is the new addition to our

range of pumps designed specifically for the new TRUXOR DM5000 running directly from the hydraulic engine. It has a capac-ity of 10 - 40 m³/h. The pump is mounted on a telescopic arm(sold separately). A rotating wheel with horizontal cutters andvertical teeth aerates the sediment and cuts off roots and softmaterials to facilitate feeding of material into the pump. The ro-tating wheel makes the pump easier to maneuveur than itspredecessor which had a feeding screw at the pump inlet.The feeding is important to providing an even flow of sediment tothe pump; also facilitated by the knives positioned at the inlet ofthe pump.

Dredge pump 2500For pumping sediment. The feed screw aeratesthe bottom so that the pump receives an evenflow. The pump can also be equipped with asuction funnel which is recommended when thesediment it light and soft. A cutting device at theopening of the suction pump cuts roots andother soft objects. Sala Roll PumpPumps light sediment with a minimum amount ofwater. The pump works with a strong vacuumand high pressure. This high pressure allowssediment to be transported long distances. Thedredging can be carried out without the waterbecoming discoloured. The dredging pipe ismounted on to the lift arm which can be presseddown into the sediment. The Doro Miller The Doro Miller with rotary knife

The Doro Miller is used as a restoration miller for wetlands, beaches and lake bottoms.

The miller is available in different work widths; they are exchangeable and can be dismountedfrom the operating unit. The operating unit is mounted on the lifting arm.

When water lily roots and other roots are to be removed, a rotary knife is attached using an exten-sion on the lifting arm which gives a work depth of 1.6 m.

The Trailer LMT 2500 is specifically de-signed to transport the Truxor. The trailer tipaction and ramps allow for easy loading andoff loading of the machines. Oil decontamination

Oil decontamination has different prerequisites fordif-ferent environments. During the final phase of work,there are usually smaller areas with pools of oil whereit can be more practical to use a mobile tank.

The Doro Tank is mounted between the pontoons andhas couplings for simple connection to pumps as wellas a connection for emptying the tank. The Doro Tank isused in combination with a Doroskimmer 400.
