2. The activity aims for the p&rticipaMbs to;@ Gain essential information on the do's of retirement;

Equip themselves with facts on post-service life; and? Demonstrate readiness for retirement.

3. Participants to this activity are the wouM-be retirees. (Please see attached list ofjattiel|*asts.J

4. Participants shall strictly follow the minimum health standards required based onthe IATF and DOH guidelines.and other local, laws such as:

mandatory use of face mask/face shield at all times,

@ temperature cheeking.

@ filling up the Contract Tracer Form,@ participants should have their own alcohol and hand sanitizers apart from

the usual provision from the establishment/venue,

meals should be arranged and served accordingly complying the socialdistancing rule by the establishment,

@ physical and/social distancing at aH times, and etc.

5. Participants are enjoined to observed official time (8:00AM - 5:00PM) and by nomeans shall they be doing activities other than, attending and participating in the

6, Travel and other incidental expenses incurred by the participants and facilitators

shall be charged to school MOOE/local funds, while food and accommodationshall be charged against Division HJRTD Funds, subject to the usual accounting
