Step 1 to T.S.R.• Log in to the District Teacher Website by

Logging in to My Bethel• http://my.bethelsd.org

• Looking at you’re My Bethel screen, scroll down the left side of the screen until you see the link Tech Service Request (TSR) and click on the link

• Describing the different problems that can be submitted for a TSR Account- Select if you cannot log-in to the

district or my.bethelsd.org on any computer. You will need to call 6767 since you cannot fill out a tech request.

Computer- Select if your computer is not functioning properly (software or hardware)

Internet- Select if the Internet will not work usually on a second computer in your room since a TSR will not function if the Internet is not working

Email- Select if you cannot log-in to your email account for you having issues with it

Phone- Select if you cannot use your phone or you need some changes made.

• Describing the different problems that can be submitted for a TSR AV- Select if you cannot other technology is

not working like projector, Doc camera, audio, etc.

Deliveries- Select if materials or equipment did not arrive as expected

Other- Select if problem is not listed as one of the choices. Do not forget to fill out the text box below to describe your problem

Lab- Select if you have a computer lab that is having issues

Mobile Cart- Select if you are lucky enough to have a mobile lab cart that is having some issues.

Printer- Select if your printer is not working properly or needs a cartridge you need inserted. Jet ink printers are not supported by the district

• Submit TSR by selecting the button at the bottom of the screen.

• You are now completed with your TSR request. You will want to write down the ticket number for future reference if service does not happen in a reasonable amount of time.
