About Bankers Cobalt -DRC

BANKERS COBALT CORP. (TSX.V:BANC) (“BANC” or the “Company”) is a cobalt and copper (Co-Cu)

exploration and development company focused on advancing its high quality portfolio of permitted

concessions in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Namibia. BANC aims to generate a reliable,

certified, and socially responsible supply of Co-Cu for existing and new processors in the DRC and Namibia.

Proven team experienced across the entire

spectrum of Co-Cu exploration & development

and in-country experience backed by

geopolitical know-how

Building a portfolio of assets that will

provide clean, certified and non-conflict Co-

Cu supply in a symbiotic relationship with

DRC based processors with existing excess

capacity and a lack of available certified

resources to meet burgeoning market

demands

Exploring and developing a leading portfolio of high-grade Co-Cu projects to exacting Canadian mining standards and transparency in the Central African Copperbelt

191 km2 portfolio Co-Cu concessions in the DRC and 1,078 km2 in Namibia one of the early movers actively exploring and developing Co-Cu in the DRC and Namibia

4

About Bankers Namibia - Diversification

BANC is opportunistic and has acquired options on a 135 km2 and a 942 km2 exploration permit in

politically stable Namibia to diversify the portfolio and reduce country risk. The property has visible copper

staining on surface and is located on a trend with known copper and cobalt mineralization.

Same management team used in the

DRC will be developing the project; no

duplication of cost or effort and can be

efficiently and effectively managed.

Politically stable country with an

independent judiciary; clear mining laws;

politically stable and eager for mining

development; reduces country risk

Large land package has the size and scale to be a potential major project; has visible copper staining and on a known trend

5

Why Bankers Cobalt?BANC is one of the only juniors conducting CDN-style exploration and developmentin the DRC which produces 65% of the annual world supply of cobalt.

1 Grab samples are selective in nature and are not necessarily

representative of mineralization hosted on the property

Kamanjab Project Locations & Grab Samples1

• Best results 24.60% Cu and 98 g/t Ag and 16.6% Cu and 239

g/t Ag

• ALS Labs assay results show potential for a large high-grade

supergene copper zone in the Dolomite sequence

• Malachite-Chrysocolla mineralization varies with mineralization

in Zone A approximately 40 m in width

• Dolomite sequence hosting the copper-silver mineralization

extends continuously to Zone B for about 7km of strike (implying

copper-silver prospectivity)
