A Quick Setup

Before setting up your TTR account, log in at www.TTRecord.com

Log in to TTR using the email address and password for your account. Click Login.

Forgot your Password?

If you don’t remember your password, choose Recover Password. We’ll send you an email that you can use to reset your password.

What does “Keep me logged in” mean?

Check “Keep me logged in” if you want your browser to remember your login information on a specific computer.

Account SettingsThe Account Settings page allows you to change your personal TTR settings.

You can change your default settings on the left menu under myTTR > Account Settings.

Click Edit Details to change your settings.

PasswordClick on Edit Details > Change Password

EntityThis field is not editable. In the event you need to change it, please contact us by emailing customers@TTRecord.com.

LanguageSelect the default language for Email Alerts, the database and other communication. You can choose from Spanish, Portuguese or English.

Time ZoneThe time zone setting will determine the exact time you receive your Email Alerts. It is set to the time zone in which your company is

located by default.

CurrencySelect the currency in which you prefer to see financial data displayed in TTR and Email Alerts.

Currency / Number FormatSelect the format you prefer for the display of numerical data in TTR and Email Alerts.

Create custom Email Alerts by selecting myTTR > My Email Alerts from the menu to the left.

Create Email Alerts to follow specific sectors and geographies and to be notified when updates are made to specific transactions and entities.

Select Create New Alert to configure your next Email Alert.

Email AlertsCreate your own customized email alerts. Anticipate market movements with TTR’s real-time Email Alerts, identify Business development opportunities and monitor your competitor’s strategy.

Email AlertsAfter selecting Create new Alert, define the filter criteria for your Email Alert.

Keep your Email Alerts organized by creating a unique name for each.

Select the type of Intelligence you want to track.

Select the Geographies you want to include.You can select multiple countries and/or regions.

Select the Sector(s) of interest.You can select multiple sectors and subsectors.

Select the value range for TTR Radar and / or Transactions.

Email Alerts

Select the Entity Type you want.

Example: select Banks and Law Firms if you want to receive Email Alerts that have Banks or Law Firms as parties or appointed as advisors.

Type in the Entity name / ID of an Entity you want to start following (company, bank, advisor, etc) and you will receive an email alert every time that Entity is mentioned in any piece of intelligence). Select and Add to List.

Type in, select and Add to List TTR Radar Intel / Transaction and you will receive an email alert every time that specific piece of intelligence or transaction is updated.

You can filter your email Alert using any of these criteria:

Choose your preferred Frequency to receive this Email Alert.

TTR Radar OverviewAccess actionable proprietary and aggregated intelligence on potential deal activity in the next six-to-18 months.

TTR Radar features proprietary coverage and aggregated intelligence published in local and international press analyzed by TTR.

Intel Type - Each TTR Radar entry is either Proprietary or Aggregated:

Proprietary Intelligence - TTR’s editorial team generates proprietary market intelligence on potential deals expected in the next six-to-18 months based on constant contact with C-level executives and other industry sources. Proprietary intelligence is identified in TTR with .

Aggregated Intelligence – TTR’s research team analyses, translates and summarizes thousands of news articles from local and international media outlets , as well as regulatory filings and company documents to deliver predictive intelligence indicative of potential transactions and opportunities.

Intel Grade - Every report published by TTR is graded, allowing readers to easily distinguish between unverifiable rumors, unconfirmed but convincing intelligence and facts.

Speculative: No cited source, opinion of third party (anyone except current shareholder/CEO/CFO/Board Member/COO/Managing Director, etc..).

Compelling: Strong evidence. A credible source, close to the decision makers responsible for the deal, confirming the intel/opportunity.

Confirmed: The company decision makers (shareholder/CEO/CFO/Board Member/COO/Managing Director, etc..) confirming the intel/opportunity.

Share - Select Share to send an email with a link to the content you are viewing on any page.

Follow - Select Follow if you wish to receive an email alert whenever this content is updated.

Export - Select Export to download content in Excel or CSV (Comma Separated Values) formats.

Print - Select Print to print the content in a printer-friendly format.

Feedback - Spotted an error, an omission or need more info? Select the Feedback icon and communicate directly with our Research and Business Intelligence team for assistance with your queries.

Editor - Select Editor to communicate directly with the editor responsible for TTR Radar Proprietary Intelligence.

Exporting DataThe Export function allows subscribers to export search results to spreadsheet format and generate custom market analyses and industry charts.

After executing a search the Export buttons are displayed below the Search box. You can export the search results into a spreadsheet in Excel or CSV (Comma Separated Values) formats.

Select the format you prefer:

NOTE: Only the first 50 search results are exported. If you need to export more than 50 search results please send an email to customers@TTRecord.com.

Transaction Multiples & General Stats

Whenever you run a search on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital, the button “Generate Multiples” is displayed.

This function generates valuable data displayed below the search results and includes transaction statistics valuation, multiples, target financials, advisors breakdown, and other useful indicators.

TTR DashboardThe Dashboard summarizes the most recent activity by Geography, Sectors and Subsectors.

A: You can filter the entire Dashboard by a specific Geography or Sector.

B: When you roll your mouse over a specific country, key stats related to that country are displayed.

C: Click on a specific country to open the related section in TTR. In the example below it will open the TTR Radar section with 1,126 stories related to Brazil.

Rank (1) Banks / Financial Advisors, (2) Legal Advisors, (3) Companies and (4) Private Equity / Venture Capital and understand which firms are most active in each space.

1 - Choose the kind of entities to Rank from the available options:- Banks / Financial Advisors- Companies- Legal Advisors- Private Equity / Venture Capital

2 - Choose the Role of the selected parties.

3 – In the event you are generating a ranking of Law Firms, the option “Law” is displayed. You can filter the Ranking by a specific legal jurisdiction. For example, should you want to generate an exclusively domestic ranking of Brazilian Law Firms advising on Brazilian law, select “Brazil” – this automatically excludes all other Law Firms advising on foreign law for the same transactions.

4 - Deals related Asset or Joint Ventures transactions are not included.

5 - Select this option should you want to generate a Ranking of Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions only.

6 - By selecting this option, you will be consolidating all deals involving group subsidiaries held by a common parent company. This is recommended for generating global rankings (i.e. involving multiple geographies). For example, all deals carried out by Deloitte subsidiaries (Deloitte Brazil, Deloitte Spain, etc.) will be consolidated under “Deloitte Global”.

7 – Click here to generate a Ranking ordered by “Number of Transactions” or by “Value”

8 – Select this option should you wish to restrict the ranking to US- and UK-based firms only. This option is useful for international firms that may want to exclude local firms to rank themselves against their most competitive peers.
