The role of microorganisms in the self-cleaning of wastewater These microorganisms can continuously transform the organic in

wastewater by single cell wall synthesis (primary ingredient) new. They can

absorb large amounts of organic matter through their cell surface. But after

absorbing, if organic matter is not to be assimilated into the cytoplasm, the absorption rate will be reduced to 0. A certain amount of organic

matter absorption is devoted to create cells. Different amounts of organic

matter is oxidized to generate the energy needed for synthesis.

Method based on microbial growth is divided into two groups:- Heterotrophic micro organisms: Use of organic matter as an energy

source and carbon source to perform biosynthetic reactions.

    - The microorganisms themselves support: Ability to oxidize inorganicsubstances for energy and use CO2 as carbon source for biosynthetic

    processes.

    - For example: nitrifying bacteria, sulfur bacteria, iron bacteria ...( Da trn phng thc pht trin vi sinh vt c chia thnh 2 nhm:

the dead algae thanks to extracellular enzymes. A portion of organicmatter will be mineralized, with the rest converted into simpler

substances that can be used. In microbial cells, the substance is metabolized

by this simple and lies in the composition of the cell in the form of protein

and other nutrient reserves. Thus, the saprophytic microorganisms involved

in decomposition of organic matter and autotrophic synthesis of organic

    - The role of aquatic organisms in decomposition processes oforganic contaminants in water sources can be summarized as follows:(Vai tr ca cc loi thy sinh vt trong qu trnh phn hy cht bn hu ctrongnc ngun c thtm tt nh sau:) Phytoplankton enrichment of oxygen in the water. Oxygen is

necessary for the decomposition process of organic matter,

reducing the nutrient elements in water. Phytoplankton as a food

source for herbivorous species. However, if the phytoplankton grows

too strong, then again as a source of contaminated water a second

time.( Thc vt ph du lm giu oxy trong nc. Oxy th cn cho qu trnhphn hycht hu c, lm gim cc nguyn tdinh dng trong nc.Thc vt ph du lngun thc n cho cc loi sinh vt n thc vt. Tuynhin nu thc vt ph du phttrin qu mnh th li lm ngun nc bnhim bn ln thhai .)

Bacteria play a major role in the decomposition of organicmatter, they are able to decompose any organic compound in

nature, yet, as a food source for organisms at the next level.( Vi khunng vai tr chnh trong qu trnh phn hy cc cht hu c, chng c khnng phn hy bt k loi hp cht hu c nao trong thin nhin, lngun thc ncho cc sinh vtmc tip theo.)

Zooplankton eating plants and bacteria, and also participate in theprocess of decomposition of organic matter. Can

separate the suspended matter and make water. They reduce the

oxygen content in water by respiration and because they eat

phytoplankton. They disturb the water and absorb the pathogens, in

water can be disinfected.(ng vt ph du n thc vt v vi khun, ngthi cng tham gia qu trnhphn hy cc cht hu c. C thtch cccht l lng v lm cho nc trong. Chnglm gim hm lng oxy trongnc do h hp cng nh do chng n thc vt ph du.Chng lm xo trnnc v hp th cc sinh vt gy bnh, c thkhtrng trongnc.)

The major types of zooplankton eat phytoplankton, join decomposition of organic matter to what extent it also affects

the oxygen in the water regime. Fish is the climax of the level of

nutrition. The plant-eating fish will disrupt the phenomenon of

"bloom" in water and influence for all components aquatic
