The Mayor appoints William Roche a member of the regular Police force of the City of Tucson. The appointment is confirmed all councilmen voting aye.

On motion of Councilman Proctor duly seconded by Councilman Samaniego the matter of hose is referred to the Purchasing Committee with instruction to ascertain on what terms 1000 feet of hose can be purchased by the City.
