TuiNa 1 – Hand Techniques Basic

Tui Brushing (or Pushing) yang opens the Wei Qi (Protective Qi) Na Grasping yin relaxes the muscles An Pressing yin moves Qi in the channels Mo Rubbing yang accesses points and Organ systems
