Tumlare LogisticsTechnical visitsWith a wide network of local offices and a team of professional staff, Tumlare has, for many years, operated technical visits within a broad range of fields. From visiting with pensioner homes to a local kindergarten, we have now transitioned into areas of science parks, high tech windmill producers, salmon farms etc.
Our local staff are invaluable when matching local experts with guests from abroad, putting special study programmes together, meeting the needs of both parties.
The increasing number of tours, with demand for more and more specialist fields over the past years, has enabled us to create a network of unique contacts that gives us the advantage of providing professional communication and professional operations.

Special interestOur team of local experts live and work in destinations we offer. They have invaluable knowledge on designing and planning these programmes for you. Further, they have the local contacts to make sure the programmes meet your criteria.
Our knowledge is available to you whether it’s gaining entrance for your group to an art gallery or a concert performance, or perhaps dinner at a local farm in Norway.
Many organisations will send their own lecturer or tour leader to accompany the group. This will sometimes be an art historian or an archaeologist. Tumlare will work with the tour leader to ensure all arrangements are taken care of in advance - all accommodation, transportation, entrances and tickets if required, so that the tour leader has only one thing to think
about - tour leading.
SportFor many years Tumlare has handled all of the arrangements for some of the biggest sporting names in the world.
Tumlare Sport specialises in the detailed and precise arrangements required by sporting teams travelling to games, tournaments, and training camps.
We have handled many major football teams playing across Europe in the pan European tournaments, taking care of all arrangements for the teams, fans, sponsors and press with individual programmes and hotels to suit each.
Tumlare Sport will ensure that the team hotels are adequately briefed on training requirements; special meals, private rooms with special check-in and check-out arrangements, and that those hotels are equipped with the necessary fitness and leisure facilities.
