SERVES 8 SERVING SIZE: 1 SLICE 1½ cups maple syrup 1 cup heavy cream ¼ cup cornstarch ¼ cup cold water 9”/23 cm pre-baked Easy as Pie crust 1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, whisk maple syrup and heavy cream together. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. 3. Whisk cornstarch slurry into maple syrup mixture and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. 4. Once mixture thickens, pour into pre-baked pie shell. 5. Refrigerate overnight or until set.
