NATIONAL TEAM TRY-OUTS AND ISRAEL TRIP REGISTRATION FORM
June 28th-July 9th 2013
This form must be completed in full for registration for Turkey’s National Lacrosse Team Try-outs
and the trip to Israel. Please send completed form to National Team Head Coach Marty Lattman at
Registration deadline is MAY 1 2013 and the 50Euro (65USD) fee must be paid before or on MAY 1
2013 to participate. This fee helps cover the field costs, coaches’ apparel, uniforms, pinnies and
welcome dinner. The pinnies will be yours to keep. We will send payment instructions once we
receive your form.
National team try-outs will be located in Istanbul, Turkey from JUNE 28-JUNE 30 2013 (Friday-
Sunday).
If coming from outside Turkey, we will have rooms available at a discounted rate. The cost should be
around 25-35Euros/night (33-46USD/night)
June 28th (Friday) will be a welcome meeting and dinner for all candidates of the national team.
June 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday) will be 2 three hour sessions each day (10:00-13.00 and
15:00-18:00).
July 1st (Monday) this is a rest/open day for all national team.
Israel trip
All rooms are provided in Israel for the players at no charge. Players must provide own costs for
airfare (approx. 350TL, 150Euro, 200USD roundtrip), meals (approx. 20USD/day), insurance (approx.
40USD), spending money.
July 2nd (Tuesday) All national team candidates will fly to Israel
July 3rd (Wednesday) Israel- open day/ practice sessions
July 4th (Thursday) Turkey v Israel live on national Israeli TV at night. Game starts at 20.00
July 5th (Friday) Night game against America Jewish All-Star team
July 6th (Saturday) Night game against Canada Jewish All-Star team
July 7th (Sunday) Night game against Europe Jewish All-Star team
July 8th (Monday) Open day for sightseeing
July 9th (Tuesday) Fly back to Istanbul

We will organize all travel to/from Israel and assist those flying from outside Turkey to the try-outs
through ACK Turizm. Please contact [email protected] for all room reservations. ACK Turizm is
the travel partner for the Turkey Lacrosse Association.

We will most likely use Turkish Airlines since they allow 2 checked bags of 50lbs each if coming
from the US. Southwest Airlines also allows 2 checked bags of 50lbs each included in their pricing.
Turkish Airlines currently flies out of Houston, JFK, LGA, Chicago and Dulles if coming from US.
