STAGES:
RECONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF ALL GOVERNMENT
OFFICES AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES,
OPERATION OF FACILITIES DURING
CONCESSION PERIOD,
TRANSFERRING THE FACILITIES TO THE GOVERNMENT IN A
WORKABLE CONDITION.
THE COMPANY FINANCES THE INVESTMENT AND OPERATING COSTS DURING THE CONCESSION PERIOD IN RETURN FOR THE REVENUE FROM COMMERCIAL FACILITIES (FAST-FOOD RESTAURANTS, FREE-SHOPS, PARKING LOTS, BANK- OFFICE ETC.),
