Rebate is redeemable at all Sub-Zero Wolf and ASKO authorized dealers in Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada El Paso, TX, and Southern California counties: Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura. Sub-Zero Group West and Southwest are not responsible for lost, late or illegible entries. All claims are subject to audit. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your Visa Prepaid card once your claim has been approved. Builder and wholesale purchases do not qualify. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for the cash value. Please retain a copy of the complete form and invoice for your records, claim submission will not be returned.
