With modern CNC turning lathes and routers through to

traditional hand turn methods at our disposal, we are able to

replicate historical and classical turnings from drawings or

samples supplied for the restoration market. We are equally athome embracing the requirements of the modern

contemporary sector.

In this brochure we have brought together just a small sample

of what we can create and what you can see is not so much a

collection of available products but more of a showcase of

what we are capable of.

Bespoke serviceThe bespoke service we offer will provide you with almost

limitless possibilities. It is important that your choice

reflects the needs of the individual projects.

Established buildings are more likely to require traditional

turned, twisted or fluted profiles, whilst a contemporary

interior will often command a sleek minimalist style.

Either way we are able to produce one off profiles to your

requirements for your clients approval.

Traditional square, hexagonal and octagonal spindles and

newels are as popular as ever and as with all the productswe produce we are able to accommodate specific profiles

to your requirements.

Running alongside our bespoke department, our high

production equipment is producing standard ranges of stair

and furniture components on a daily basis. These

competitively priced ranges allow you to be able to

produce high quality end products within sensible budgets.

Custom reproductionBuildings with planning restrictions or a listed status will

often require replacement with replica turnings. These can

be matched to the original profiles from drawings or

samples, often (where our manufacturing processes allow)

to exact reproductions.

Sections of timber that are unavailable in single piece

component form can be laminated in our own machining

department. This allows us to maintain constant quality

checks throughout the whole of the manufacturing

process, giving you the peace of mind to you know that

the product will perform within the environment it wasdesigned for.



Effortless styleWhether its the finishing details or big oversized

statements you want to achieve. All the products work

effortlessly to harmonise with their surroundings.

A hand turning service is available for those products a

machine cannot replicate such as collars, plates, bowls,

buttons, beads, pegs and plugs. Almost any shape, size

or timber is available.

The timber selection you make will greatly enhance the

character of the product you receive. We are highly

experienced in working with many of the hardwoods

from Ash through to Walnut, as well as all of the

softwoods like Hemlock, Pine etc.

With a twist on what people would normally expect to

receive, the promotional items we produce make our

clients stand out. The range of our production

equipment allows you to have either small volume for a

specific target audience or large quantities for blanket

promotion. Nothing says, buy our product quite like a

baseball bat!

well-managed forests that are signatories of the

convention on international trade in endangered

species. In addition to this we are actively seeking

to reduce our carbon footprint with an ongoing

programme of investment in machinery and

improved working practice.
