He is a qualified draughtsman fromBateman Technology Draughting School and holds a N5 Draughting Certificate and a N5/N6Mechanical Certificate from Laphalale Technical College. He has more than 10 years' experience inStructural steel, plate work detailing and Draughting in the mining and engineering industry. He hasexcellent public relations skills and highly motivated with the ability to adapt to any situation which iswhy he is able to speak seven official languagesJoel has been involved in a number of engineering projects locally and internationally in goldmining, smelting plants and material handling using Tekla Structure, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventorand Solid Works. His is also involved in Eskom's two new power station detailing and changingdesigns as per Engineer of Record in Germany.

Mr. Thabo TutjaThabo Tutja is a highly energetic qualified draughtsman from Bateman Technology DraughtingSchool and holds a N5 Draughting Certificate and a N5 Mechanical Certificate from CenturionTechnical College. He has more than 10 years' experience in Structural steel building, draughtingand detailing using Tekla Structure and AutoCAD. He also has been in involved in a number ofMechanical Building HVAC projects in South Africa. Thabo Tutja is very grateful on theopportunities South Africa brought forward and believes that skills are the greatest gift one can givejoining the company was the opportunity to transfer his structural steel detailing experience toSouth Africans coming up future structural steel detailers to compete with the rest of the world.
