• Status: Pilot plant tests completed at Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy in mid-2013
Definitive Feasibility Study completed – next step: DFS Optimization
TVIRD HOLDS THE PATENT TO AN INNOVATIVE TWO-STAGE PROCESS WHICH REQUIRES
CAPEX OF LESS THAN 10% OF OTHER CONVENTIONAL PROCESSES
Agata Nickel Processing Project
13
3D Model of Nickel Processing Plant
• Innovative two-stage process would have the same operating efficiency as the most prevalent
process (High Pressure Acid Leach) but at less than 10% of the required Capex.
• Compared to HPAL TVIRD process is much more capital efficient.
SUBJECT TO REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, TVIRD WILL BE ONE OF JUST SEVEN MINING
COMPANIES TO BE GRANTED AN EXPANSION OF ITS MPSA

TVIRD has a package of tenement applications
covering 352 square kilometres surrounding the
Canatuan mine where similar Canatuan-like
deposits may exist.
Since 2010, exploration work and MPSA processing
and approval were on hold due to the ongoing
moratorium on new permit applications imposed by
the Secretary of the Department of the Environment
and Natural Resources.
In November 2014, TVIRD the MICC approved the
expansion of its Canatuan MPSA to include nearby
exploration prospects.
TVIRD is now awaiting the Implementation Rules
and Regulations for the expansion of its MPSA prior
to recommencing exploration work in nearby areas.

Strategic Growth Elements
24
Bootstrap strategy
Significant resource growth potential at existing projects
Diverse pipeline of projects and prospects
TVIRD’S CANATUAN OPERATIONS WERE ABLE TO GENERATE REVENUES OF
US $479 MILLION FROM TOTAL CAPEX OF US$74 MILLION
Growth Strategy
25
Bootstrap strategy
• Focused on growth using our own “bootstraps”: start small, generate early cash flows and use
those cash flows to fund future growth – allows for minimal debt levels
• Strategy involves low upfront capital expenditures and demonstrates the economic and social
benefits to local communities and government bodies early on
Growth Strategy
26
Significant resource growth potential at existing projects
• Greater resource potential have been identified at TVIRD’s existing projects – none of TVIRD’s
projects have been fully “drilled out”.
• Future exploration programs at existing projects may extend mine life and offer opportunities for
new mining operations.
Growth Strategy
27
Diverse pipeline of prospects and projects
• Beyond TVIRD’s key mining projects, the company owns 100% of additional exploration
tenements throughout the Philippines that represent future resource development potential
• TVIRD is actively involved in project evaluation and is considered a partner of choice by other
resource companies seeking an experienced operator to develop their projects.
