Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the other left behind.

This Blog is about the verses found in Matthew 24:40-41

Below are the verses.

Mat 24:40  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be ( taken), and the other left.

Mat 24:41  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be ( taken), and the other left.

There is two ways that these verses can be looked at:

1. The people being taken away are the people on earth that are killed when Jesus returns, we know that not all people are killed when Jesus returns, only those that have the mark of the Beast and worship his image and the Beast.

2. The people being taken is referring to the Believers in Jesus Christ who are taken to Safety prior to Jesus trampling the Wine press of the Wrath of God.

I am looking at the verses from choice 2 in this Blog and focusing on the Believers as being the ones taken to Safety prior to Judgement. The reason being that Noah and Lot were delivered to Safety prior to Judgement.

To understand the above verses and identify who is taken and who is left, we must look at the other verses that Jesus spoke.

We will LOOK at the sequence, the Taking is the First thing to happen, not all are taken, the others are left behind.

Before I get into the heart of this Blog, we must see the Context of the Verses and to do this we must look at the verses beforehand and after.

One Group is taken, the other is left behind.

Jesus is coming.

We will begin this Journey of Truth in verse 29.

Mat 24:29  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Page 2: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Mat 24:30  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

The following is True.

There is going to be a Day that will come after the signs are seen in the Sky after the Tribulation Period has ended. On that Day Jesus will be Coming in the Clouds.

There will be a people on the earth that are mourning.

Mat 24:31  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

On that Day when Jesus Comes there will be a Trumpet sound and he will gather us to himself.

When Jesus Comes He Will Gather Us To Himself, We Will Leave This Earth and Meet Him in the Air.One of the main purposes of Jesus coming is to gather us believers to himself.

Us Believers are taken to meet Him.

The others are left behind.

Mat 24:32  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

Mat 24:33  So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Mat 24:34  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Mat 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Just as we see physical signs on the earth just before Summer comes, so we will also see physical signs on the earth before that DAY that Jesus comes.

Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Page 3: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

We know what signs will appear on earth before Jesus comes but of that exact Day and Hour of his coming we don’t know.

All of the above is about what will happen before and also at the Coming of Jesus Christ.

Now we get to see what that Day will be like, the Day that Jesus will come and gather us to himself and the same Day when people on the earth will mourn.

The Days of the Coming of Jesus are as the Days of Noah.Mat 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

It is very CLEAR, Noah and  his family were taken into Safety FIRST.

I will put it to you this way, the people on earth had no idea what was about to happen until they saw Noah enter the Ark and Sail Away. Then the people realised that Judgement was coming.

The others were left behind and were killed.

In verse 39 where it says "took them all Away" the Greek work for took is really interesting, it is as follows:

1) to raise up, elevate, lift up1a) to raise from the ground, take up: stones1b) to raise upwards, elevate, lift up: the hand1c) to draw up: a fish2) to take upon one’s self and carry what has been raised up, to bear3) to bear away what has been raised, carry off3a) to move from its place3b) to take off or away what is attached to anything3c) to remove3d) to carry off, carry away with one3e) to appropriate what is taken3f) to take away from another what is his or what is committed to him, to take by force3g) to take and apply to any use

Page 4: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

3h) to take from among the living, either by a natural death, or by violence

As you can see it can apply to Noah being lifted up as a stone is lifted or for God to carry what was raised up as Noah was in the Ark.

It also means to Lift up Anchor and Sail away, this is exactly what Noah and his family did in the Ark.

Noah had to be Obedient and Build the Ark, and Noah had to be Obedient and enter the Ark.

Noah and His family were the FIRST to be moved, they were taken from the earth into the Ark.

All that were left behind were destroyed.

We begin to see the sequence in action, the First to be taken are the ones in deliverance, the ones Left behind received the Judgement.

If Noah had not entered the Ark he would have been killed.

Let me summarise the above verses.

The Days of Noah are the same as the Day of the Coming of Jesus People were eating and drinking and marrying and giving in marriage

UNTIL Noah entered the Ark Noah and his family were taken in Safety First. The people that were NOT in the Ark and were on the earth had no idea

of the Judgement until the Flood came and destroyed them all.

There is Two Great Truths in the above.

1. God removed Noah and his family from the Earth First by means of the Ark (Salvation)

2. The People that remained on the Earth were the people that received the Judgement.

It is True, Salvation and Deliverance First and then Judgement on those that remain on the earth.

If Noah had not entered the Ark he would have not been saved. If Noah had stayed on the earth he would have received Judgement. All that stayed on the earth received Judgement. The Ark did not stay on the earth, it was actually lifted up above the

waters. The earth was being judged while the Ark remained above the waters. It was not until the Judgement was completed and the waters drained

away that the Ark resettled on the earth and Noah and his family walked upon the earth.

Page 5: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Noah left the earth and entered the Ark before the Judgement.

The Picture of Noah reveals the whole earth being Judged.

Noah and his family were taken from the earth into the Ark of God.

All that were left behind on the earth were killed.

Noah and his family were in the Ark of God seated above the Judgement waters of God.

We are beginning to see what Jesus is saying.

The First Event. Those taken are given Deliverance.

The Second Event. Those not taken and are left behind are given Judgement.

This same Context and sequence is also confirmed by Jesus in the Book of Luke where Jesus was talking.

Now lets look at Luke 17:27-28.

Luk 17:27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Luk 17:28  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

Jesus also tells us to look at Lot and again we see the same sequence.

Lot left Sodom and went to a Safe Place before the Judgement.

Luk 17:29  But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

It says that Lot went out.

Those left behind in Sodom were destroyed.

It is the exact same Context and sequence as we saw with Noah.

Noah leaves the earth and steps up and enters the Ark Those that remain on the earth were destroyed Lot leaves Sodom Those that remained in Sodom were destroyed.

In the story of Noah all that remained on the earth were killed.

Page 6: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

In the story of Lot all that remained in the City of Sodom were killed.

Yes Deliverance comes to those that are First Taken, Judgement comes to those that are Left Behind.

Are you beginning to see the picture of Salvation.

We are not appointed to Wrath but to OBTAIN Salvation.

Jesus is going to Deliver us from the Earth before He Judges. It is True, Jesus will come, He will lift us up from this earth to gather us to himself, then those that remain on the earth are mourning and they will be judged.

Jesus will lift us up off of this earth, he will then bring Judgement to the earth, and all that remain on the earth will receive whatever Judgement Jesus administers. Once the Judgement is completed we will descend to the earth from the air and place our feet on the earth with Jesus. We will then begin the 1000 year reign on the earth over the Nations of people that were not destroyed.

Jesus will Receive us to Himself.

Now that we know the context and we know the sequence let us begin looking at the following verses.

Mat 24:40  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be ( taken), and the other left.

Mat 24:41  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be ( taken), and the other left.

If we use the context and sequence that we have already noticed in the preceding verses regarding Noah and Lot, we can safely say that the ones being taken first are the ones being delivered as Noah and Lot were, this means the ones that remain are the ones to receive Judgement as did those on the earth and those in Sodom.

It is all about being ready to be taken to meet Jesus in the Air before He brings Judgement to those that remain on the earth.

Jesus will be appearing at the Battle of Armageddon when He comes, deliverance will come First then He will destroy the Armies of the Beast etc.

It is Extremely Critical that before I continue with this Blog we MUST first of all look at the Greek Word that is used in the New Testament for taken.

It DOES NOT MEAN DESTROYED.

The Greek Word is “paralambano” it is number G3880 in the Strongs Concordance.

Paralambano means “To Receive”, “to Take Near to Oneself”, “To Receive to Oneself”, “To Take into Ones Possession”, “To Take One as an Associate or Companion”.

It can be used in a good motive and also a poor motive.

The word Paralambano  “Does NOT Mean to Destroy”. It means to take possession of.

It is a word that means relationship, bringing to oneself, seizing to oneself, and taking possession of.

Here is an example of a positive motive in the New Testament where that Greek Word is used.

Mat 1:20  But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to (take unto thee) Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

Joseph was Receiving to himself Mary to be his Wife.

Joseph did not destroy Mary, He actually Received Mary to himself to be his “Companion, His Associate, His Wife”.

Mat 1:24  Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and ( took unto him) his wife:

Joseph was doing a good thing in taking Mary as his Wife.

Let me now place the proper meaning of the word Paralambano into the two Verses in Matthew 24.

Mat 24:40  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be “Received to ones self as an associate, as a Companion”, and the other left.

Mat 24:41  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be “Received to oneself as an Associate, as a Companion”, and the other left.

Page 8: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

If we use the context and sequence that we have already established so far, we begin to see that there is something very special being done in the “taking”, it is a very special bringing together.

God is going to receive us to himself off of the physical dust of the earth, and those that remain on the earth receive the Judgement of Jesus.

Jesus is coming to receive to Himself His Bride.

The Greek word “Paralambano” is used 50 Times in the New Testament

I have already shown you a few out of the 50, in all the verses they mean to bring to ones side, to come together, to seize to oneself. There are good motives and not so good motives.

Here are some other good motive verses where the word Paralambano is used.

Mat 2:13  And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and (take) the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him

Mat 17:1  And after six days Jesus (taketh) Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,

Mat 17:2  And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

Joh 14:3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and (receive you unto myself); that where I am, there ye may be also.

 1Co 15:1  Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye (have received), and wherein ye stand;

Col 2:6  As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

Heb 12:28  Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

In all 50 Verses in the New Testament where “Paralambano” is used it is completely consistant, it means to bring to ones side, to be a companion, to Receive. To take possession of.

It DOES NOT mean to destroy.

Page 9: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Here are some of the verses which reveal the negative motives of the word Paralambano.

The Devil took Jesus up to the Pinnacle of the Temple.

Mat 4:5  Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple.

The evil spirit goes and takes another 7 spirits with him, and enters a person.

Mat 12:45  Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

The soldiers took Jesus to the common hall.

Mat 27:27  Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.

Jesus was taken away to be crucified.

Joh 19:16  Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.

As you can see Paralambano means to take hold of or receive to Oneself, it does not mean to Destroy.

It is CRUCIAL that we as Believers in Christ find out what the words mean before we commence to interpret.

Gods Word is inspired and Holy.

Below is what Mathew 24:40-41 means.

Noah entered the Ark before Judgement came on those that remained on the earth.

Lot left Sodom before judgement came on those that remained in Sodom.

We also will be taken up from the earth before judgement comes on those that remain at Armageddon.

Page 10: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

It is true Jesus is going to Receive us to Himself when He Returns for His Bride.

Those that remain on the Earth are not His Bride.

The Above Two Verses are in complete Harmony with what Jesus declared in Matthew 24:31

Mat 24:31  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall (gather together) his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Jesus is Coming, He is going to Gather us together and when He does that, He is going to RECEIVE us to Himself, Husband and Wife, exactly the same as Joseph receiving Mary to himself to be his Wife.

The Whole Point and Focus on Jesus talking about One being Taken into His Presence and the other being left behind is because Jesus was talking about the Day of His Coming.

Jesus made reference to the Day of His Coming being the same as the Days of Noah when Noah entered the Ark, below are the lead up verses.

Our Whole Hope in Christ is that we will meet with him, there is no hope if we are in a field and the other is destroyed while we remain in the Field. The Hope we have is that we are the one that leaves the field and then God Judges those that remain.

Deliverance First and Judgement Second.

Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Mat 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and (took them all away); so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Noah and his family were Delivered in the Ark above the Waters and lived, and those remaining were taken away in the waters and died.

There is something amazing I want to show you in the above verses.

In verse 29 we read “took them all away”

Page 11: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

The Actual Greek words are two words.

“airo” and  “hapas”

“airo” means “to take up”, “to lift up”, “to raise”, “to sail away”, “to keep in suspense”, “To Take Away”.

“hapas” means “everyone” or “whole”.

It was the Ark that lifted up First and Sailed, those in the Ark Lived.

The people remaining on the earth literally saw the Ark sail before their eyes, they saw Safety and Deliverance in the Ark but they could not enter.

The rest of the people Left Behind on the earth were lifted up and carried away in the water but they were destroyed, they drowned.

I want to show you in Genesis where the Ark was lifted up above the water.

Those in the Ark Live.Gen 7:16  And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.

Gen 7:17  And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth.

Gen 7:18  And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters.

Just ponder on the above meanings as we continue.

There were two main groups of people that existed in the Days of Noah.

1. There was the family of Noah (Eight People) sailing in the Ark of Safety.2. There were those remained on the earth, they rejected the Good News of

Noah. They were Drowning in the water.

On the Day that God commanded Noah to enter the Ark, all Eight people entered the Ark.

The Rest that rejected the Gospel were outside of the Ark totally unaware of what was to come, they were marrying and giving in marriage, they were partying.

God closed the door of the Ark, Noah and his family were no longer on the earth, they were now secure in the Ark of Salvation.

Page 12: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Then the rain and water started to cover the earth, but it would not have become a Reality until the water began to lift the Ark off of the ground.

Noah and all his family were in the Ark and the Ark began to “airo” it began to sail, it was lifted up, it began to raise. The anchor was lifted and she began to sail.

It would have been a Reality at that time and people would have been begging to enter the ark but it was impossible because God himself had closed the door.

People would have been climbing to higher ground and in that running to higher ground they would have been dumping all of their earthly possessions.

God was delivering His people and once his people were secured in his Arms he closed the door and began to bring His Judgement.

Noah and His Family were lifted up in the Ark of Salvation but those left behind faced Judgement, there was NO Salvation for them.

1. Noah had to enter the Ark First.2. Those that remained on the earth were not in the Ark.3. Judgement fell on all that were on the earth.4. Later when the Judgement was over the water drained away and then the

Ark resettled on the earth.5. Noah stepped out of the Ark and placed his feet back on the ground.

Those in Jesus will live.So it will be when Jesus comes, He will Lift us up off the Earth, we will be raptured up into the air in the clouds, no longer with our feet on the ground, then He will bring Judgement to the earth at the Battle of Armageddon.

We will be safe and secure above the very judgement that is seen below, we will be in a place of Safety just like Noah and his family were in the Ark sitting above the waters of Judgement.

The Day of Salvation was also the Day of Judgement.

It will be the same when Jesus Comes, people will be marrying and partying, they would have heard the Good News but would have rejected it.

They will know nothing until the day that the Trumpet sounds and they literally see the people of God being lifted up to meet Jesus in the Air.

Let us now go back to verses 38 and 39.

Page 13: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and (took them all away); so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

When the Waters covered the Earth only those in the Ark were safe and had food to eat for the many days.

All others on the earth may have floated for a short period of time but because of the many days of Judgement and having no food, no shelter they would have drowned or died.

Noah and his family were taken away in Safety. Noah was safe above the water in the Ark.

The people of the earth were taken away in destruction. The people died in the water.

There is a very clear and definite sequence.

1. Noah and his family enter the Ark first.2. Then Judgement begins on those left behind on earth.

The ones that have Salvation are brought in First.

Now let us go back to verses 40 and 41

Mat 24:40  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be “Received to ones self as an associate, as a Companion”, and the other left.

Mat 24:41  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be “Received to oneself as an Associate, as a Companion”, and the other left.

There is a very clear and definite sequence.

1. There are the ones that are received as companions first.2. Then there are those left behind on earth.

We will Gather to meet Jesus.God will bring deliverance first then Judgement, that is why Jesus wants us to be ready for that Day of Jesus Coming.

Mat 24:42  Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Page 14: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Mat 24:44  Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

In Luke 17:37 we read of the disciples asking Jesus a question regarding those being taken away, let us have a look.

Luk 17:35  Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Luk 17:36  Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Luk 17:37  And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles (be gathered together).

As you can see the Disciples are asking Jesus a question, let us now look at His answer.

Wherever the Body (Singular) is. There will the Eagles (plural) be gathered together.

Jesus is telling us that there is going to be a singular Body/Place where all the people that are being received are going to be gathered together at.

Jesus is saying that they will be gathered together at one place, they are not scattered everywhere, no. They are gathered together.

This gathered together in the Greek is “sunago” it means to lead, to assemble, to gather together. Specifically to entertain (hospitably): accompany, to come together, gather (selves together, up, together), lead into, resort, take in.

Here is one verse where it is used.

Mat 3:12  Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and (gather) his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Jesus will (gather His Wheat) before he burns the Chaff. Here is another few verses where it is used.

Mat 13:47  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and (gathered) of every kind:

Page 15: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Mat 18:20  For where two or three are (gathered together) in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Mat 22:10  So those servants went out into the highways, and (gathered together) all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

If we use the same Context and sequence that we have seen throughout this whole Blog wwe could say that it is the Believers that are being taken to meet Jesus in the air.

Jesus is the one singular Body and we as soaring eagles will fly to Him and (gather together) around Him. Then Jesus will Judge the earth below.

Luk 17:35  Two women shall be grinding together; the (one shall be taken), and the other left.

Luk 17:36  Two men shall be in the field; the (one shall be taken), and the other left.

Luk 17:37  And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles (be gathered together).

I personally do not want to be left behind on earth when Jesus comes, I personally have a Hope and Know that Jesus will lift me up from this earth before He Judges the Earth.

I am not appointed to His Wrath but to Obtain Salvation, the same as Noah and Lot.

I feel it is very necessary to look in the Book of Luke17:27-37 and see the full context and see that those left behind receive Judgement.

Luk 17:27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that (Noe entered into the ark), and THEN {the flood came, and destroyed them all}.

Luk 17:28  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

Luk 17:29  But the same (day that Lot went out of Sodom) and THEN  it {rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.}

Noah and Lot left before the Judgement came. If they did not obey and leave they would have also been killed.

Page 16: Two shall be in the Field, one shall be taken and the ...jesusiscomingsoon.club/wp...shall-be-in-the-Field-One...Blog-Site.docx · Web viewTwo shall be in the Field, one shall be

Luk 17:30  Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Jesus makes it very clear, "Those left behind are Destroyed"

We are to be ready to leave and not look back.

Luk 17:31  In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

The whole focus on the above verse is leaving and not looking back.

Those that are leaving are safe but those that look back will not be safe. We must remember Lots Wife as an example.

Luk 17:32  Remember Lot's wife.

Lots wife actually left Sodom with Lot and she was walking with Lot, they were all in a place of safety being escorted by the Angels. But sadly she looked back and because she looked back she was turned into a Pillar of Salt. If she had not looked back she would have lived and remained in a place of Safety.

Jesus wants us to not look back on the Day of His Coming, he wants us to always look towards Him.

Luk 17:33  Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

Do you want to be saved in the Day of His Coming and be Raptured up to meet Jesus in the air?

Or do you want to look back at the worldly possessions and lose your life?

Luk 17:34  I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

Luk 17:35  Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Luk 17:36  Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Luk 17:37  And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

I want to be taken up to meet Jesus in the air when He comes, I want to be gathered around Him. I want Him to exalt me.

I want to be gathered around Jesus.

I do not want to be left on the earth in a bed and a person laying dead beside me, My Hope is in Jesus Delivering me from the Earth and then He Judges.

We see exactly the same picture and sequence with the Parable of the 10 Virgins.

Mat 25:6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.Mat 25:7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.Mat 25:8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.Mat 25:9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.Mat 25:11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.Mat 25:12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.Mat 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Those that are ready are taken in to meet the Husband and the door is shut.

Those that remain behind cannot go in with the Groom.

Jesus states clearly that He does not know those that are left behind and have not entered into the door.

Same Sequence.

Jesus knows those that are taken First.

Jesus does not know those that are left behind.

Be Ready to be taken and enter in with the Groom.

I do hope that this Blog has shed some Light on what the Word of God is telling us, may we always find out what the words mean before we understand what God is saying to us.

Praise God for He will send His Son Jesus Christ, and He will Deliver us from this earth before He Judges at the Battle of Armageddon.

God has NOT appointed us to Wrath but to OBTAIN SALVATION.

It will be a GREAT and GLORIOUS DAY but it will also be a terrible day for those that don’t know Jesus.
