THANK YOU!!!
• This activity works great for groups of 3-4.
• It would be best to laminate the task cards so that you can use them year after year (not necessary but saves a lot of paper and time).
• You only need to print one set of task cards for each group (pages 10-13).
Laminate!
• I like to print the workspace, checklist, and mystery maze as a packet for each student (pages 6-9). This way each student is held accountable for showing their work.
• You can also print the “Robbery Mystery” (page 5) in the packet, or laminate it for each group. However, I like to save paper by projecting it on the board and having a student read it out loud.
• Students love to make guesses. Before they start the activity, have students guess who they think is the suspect, weapon, and location of the robbery.
• If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at [email protected].
Robbery Mystery Please help me! I just woke up in the hospital and I can’t
remember what happened. All I know is that my wallet is missing.
Please help me find out who stole my wallet, which weapon they used to knock me out, and where this took place.
