The bulk of the sstate consists of the house at that address, which was recently sold for approximately $15,000. Mr. Borkman, who was 59 at the time of his death, apparently had no living relatives and left every thing in his will to Guild Hall and the Guild Hall Players, two organ izations in which he had, for many years, been active asa lighting technician. Mrs. Inez Whipple, director of Guild Hall, said that Guild Hall’s share would probablybe used to offset some of the cost of the new air-conditioning system recently in stalled in the John Drew Theater. “Because the theater part of Guild Hall was Eddie’s special love, we felt the money should be spent on the theater itself,” she said. Harry Van Tassel,president of the Guild Hall Players, stated that no official use had been yet desig nated for their share of the bequest. “We have enough money on hand to do our forthcoming play. “My Three Angels," on Nov. 18 and 19, he said. “Some of the estate money will probably be used to fix up our set and costumes storage barn, which is in need of certain repairs. Craftsmen Plan Christmas Sale The sixth annual Christmas sale of the South Fork Craftsmen’s Guild will be held Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Guild Hall. The sale will benefit the education fund of Guild Hall. Two films will be shown, free of charge, on the day of the sale. They will be “Saint-Jean-Port-Joli,” an account of the impact of the crafts man Medard Bourgault on a Quebec Village; and “Craftsmen at Work,” about the work of several Canadian craftsmen. The films, which will be free of charge, will be shown at noon and at 4 p.m. At 2 p.m. Mrs. Marie Wynn, of Sag Harbor, will show how to “throw” a pot on a potter’s wheel. Mrs. Elaine Haff, also of Sag Har bor, will demonstrate clay projects for children at 3 p.m. Children will be invited to try their hands at making simple clay objects. The new Junior Troop 44. led by Mrs. John McNally, is cooperating with the East Hamp ton Free Library on Book Week poster making and distribution. Several Troops are collecting sum mer clothing in small sizes for dis tribution in Viet Nam. Next Wed nesday, girls and mothers have been invited to attend an organizational meeting of the Amagansett Brownie Troop, in St. Peter’s Church base ment. I Miss McCallion, Mr. Reilly Wed Miss Kathleen McCallion and Denis J. Reilly were married at noon Saturday at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in East Hampton. The Rev. Stephen Stolz performed the nuptial mass. The bride wore a beaded, embroid ered empire sheath of ivory satin, with a train, and a beaded crown with a tulle veil. She carried ivory carnations and ivy. The maid of honor was Miss Maureen McCallion, and Mrs. John McCallion and Mrs. Donald McCal lion were the other attendants. Miss Maura Jane McCallion was the flower girl. All wore empire gowns of moss green brocade and beige crepe and carried bouquets of talis man roses and ivy. Mrs. Reilly, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McCallion of East Hampton, was graduated from East Hampton High School in 1961 and from Southampton School of Nursing in 1965. She is employed at Little Flower House of Provi dence in Wading River. Mr. Reilly, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Reilly of Seaford, was grad uated from St. Agnes High School in Brooklyn. Since completing ser vice in the Navy he has been em ployed by the Grumman Aircraft Corporation. A reception was held at Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor following the wedding. After a wedding trip to Florida the newlyweds will make their home in Commack. In other Scout activity, Cadette Troop 1, led by Mrs. George Szcze- pankowski, of Wainscott, recently visited Brownie Troop 109, of East Hampton, and presented a play about the founding of Girl Scouting. On Nov. 21, a proposal for the enlargement of the present Girl Scout Council in this area will be dis cussed at a meeting of the Scout Neighborhood Association at Guild Hall. Guild Hall and Guild Hall Play­ers will share equally in the estate of the late Edward Borkman of 47 Osborne Lane, East Hampton, it has been announced. The bulk of the sstate consists of the house at that address, which was recently sold

for approximately $15,000.Mr. Borkman, who was 59 at the

time of his death, apparently had no living relatives and left every­

thing in his will to Guild Hall and the Guild Hall Players, two organ­

izations in which he had, for many

years, been active as a lighting

technician.Mrs. Inez Whipple, director of

Guild Hall, said that Guild Hall’s share would probably be used tooffset some of the cost of the new air-conditioning system recently in­stalled in the John Drew Theater. “Because the theater part of Guild

Hall was Eddie’s special love, we felt the money should be spent on the theater itself,” she said.

Harry Van Tassel, president ofthe Guild Hall Players, stated that

no official use had been yet desig­nated for their share of the bequest.

“We have enough money on hand to do our forthcoming play. “My Three Angels," on Nov. 18 and 19, he said. “Some of the estate money will probably be used to fix up our set and costumes storage barn, which is in need of certain repairs. Other than that, we have no immediate

plans.”Mr. Borkman had been a care­

taker on East Hampton estates be­

fore his death on Oct. 21, 1965.

from the Garrison Forest School in Garrison, Md.

Mr. Whitsett was graduated from

the Louisville Country Day School and attended Duke University.

Girl Scouts Engage In Service Projects

Craftsmen Plan Christmas Sale

The sixth annual Christmas sale of the South Fork Craftsmen’s Guild w ill be held Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Guild Hall. The sale w ill benefit the education fund of Guild Hall.

Two films w ill be shown, free of charge, on the day of the sale. They w ill be “Saint-Jean-Port-Joli,” an account of the impact of the crafts­man Medard Bourgault on a Quebec Village; and “Craftsmen at Work,” about the work of several Canadian craftsmen. The films, which w ill be free of charge, w ill be shown at noon and at 4 p.m.

At 2 p.m. Mrs. Marie Wynn, of Sag Harbor, w ill show how to “throw” a pot on a potter’s wheel. Mrs. Elaine Haff, also of Sag Har­bor, w ill demonstrate clay projects for children at 3 p.m. Children will be invited to try their hands at making simple clay objects.

Exhibiting craftsmen w ill include Mrs. Sally Armbruster of East Hampton with driftwood sculpture; Mrs. Ida Abelman of Sag Harbor, with enamelled jewelry and wall plaques; Brown Rolston of Bridge­hampton, with brass doorknockers; Mrs. Barton McGuire of Water Mill, with silk screened cards and prints; Mrs. Irina Ourusoff of East Hamp­ton, with sandcastings and embroid­eries; and Mrs. Ellen dePazzi of Westhampton, with paintings on wood.

ANN STANWELL, of Jacqueline Drive, Amagansett, an actress and painter, w ill show early-American- style primitive paintings in the first exhibition to be held at Richard Kollmar's new Pastiche Gallery, 50 East 53rd Street, Manhattan.

East Hampton's Girl Scout Troops

are carrying out a variety of ser­vice projects this fall, it was re­ported Tuesday. The new Junior Troop 44. led by Mrs. John McNally, is cooperating with the East Hamp­ton Free Library on Book Week poster making and distribution.

Several Troops are collecting sum­mer clothing in small sizes for dis­tribution in Viet Nam. Next Wed­nesday, girls and mothers have been invited to attend an organizational

meeting of the Amagansett Brownie Troop, in St. Peter’s Church base­

ment.

Miss McCallion,Mr. Reilly Wed

Miss Kathleen McCallion and Denis J. Reilly were married at

noon Saturday at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in East Hampton. The Rev. Stephen Stolz performed the nuptial mass.

The bride wore a beaded, embroid­ered empire sheath of ivory satin, with a train, and a beaded crown

with a tulle veil. She carried ivory carnations and ivy.

The maid of honor was Miss Maureen McCallion, and Mrs. John McCallion and Mrs. Donald McCal­lion were the other attendants. Miss Maura Jane McCallion was the

flower girl. A ll wore empire gowns of moss green brocade and beige crepe and carried bouquets of talis­man roses and ivy.

Mrs. Reilly, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McCallion of East Hampton, was graduated from East Hampton High School in 1961 and from Southampton School of Nursing in 1965. She is employed at Little Flower House of Provi­dence in Wading River.

Mr. Reilly, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Daniel Reilly of Seaford, was grad­uated from St. Agnes High School in Brooklyn. Since completing ser­vice in the Navy he has been em­ployed by the Grumman Aircraft Corporation.

A reception was held at Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor following the wedding. After a wedding trip to Florida the newlyweds will make

their home in Commack.

“Neighborhood,” I II - IV, including East Hampton, Amagansett. Mon­

tauk, Springs, and Sag Harbor.
