– War between Texas and Mexico was over and Texas was now independent

– Santa Anna would not take up arms against Texas

– All Mexican forces would withdraw to beyond the Rio Grande

–Prisoners would be exchanged

–Mexicans will return all captured property

–Texas would return Santa Anna to Mexico
