FEATURESThe DLEI6 recessed light-commercial housing is designed to accommodate dmflighting LED 6” down-lights in new construction applications. The fixture is IC & Non-IC rated, AIRTIGHT and California Title-24 compliant. ELECTRICAL: Luminaire accommodates input voltages of 120V; 277V stepdown transformer is also available. LED module install into fixture with a plug-in 120V line voltage IDEAL wiring connector.MOUNTING/INSTALLATION: The housing is equipped with pre-installed adjustable bar hangers to locate the housing between joists with 16” to 24” space. The patented design of the bar hangers allows easy ceiling installation of the housing. into lumber, laminated beams and T-bar.CONSTRUCTION: 22 gauge, galvanized steel mounting frame with pre-wired 18 gauge galvanized steel junction box. Junction box is equipped with (7) 1/2” and (4) 3/4” knockouts with pryout slots. Supplied with quick connectors for supply wire connection. Maximum 1 ½” ceiling thickness.

QUALIFICATIONS / LISTINGS - UL Listed- IC housing is UL Listed for insulation covered ceilings- Through branch circuit wiring (max 8 No.12ga., 90˚C conductors, 4 in - 4 out) - ASTM E283 approved (Airtight)

APPLICATIONS:The DM7 & DM10 series modules are designed for use with existing, remodel or new construction 6” housings. Fixtures are ideal for a variety of light-commercial and commercial applications. UL quali-fied for both IC & Non-IC applications.OPTICS: Primary: Proprietary integration system mixes and monitors selected light wavelengths to generate consistent color and lumen values over the life of the system. Internal integration lens system also eliminates the undesirable LED “point” appearance.Secondary: Precision spun aluminum trim engineered to control glare while maximizing system ef-ficiency. Trims are available in smooth and baffle with various finishes.Color Mixing: Cree TrueWhite® Technology incorporates a color mixing scheme to generate white light, offering a higher efficacy while maintaining a high CRI. Color correcting technology also ensures color uniformity over the life of the LED. THERMAL MANAGEMENT: Proprietary aluminum heat-sink conducts heat effectively away from LEDs to ensure optimum performance and lifetime. The module has been designed to efficiently trans-fer excessive heat through the trim and to the plenum space.ELECTRICAL: Integral and highly efficient solid state LED driver is accessible from below ceiling plane. Luminaire accommodates input voltages of 120V at 60 Hz. Power factor > .90. Driver is equiped with a thermal reset in the event of over temperature or internal failure. Designed for dimming capability to 15% in normal operation with standard 120V LED-rated, electronic low voltage and incandescent dimmers.
