MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!FROM PALESTINE ISD
PHS Art students in Mrs. Connie Teal’s class used their creative talents in a competition to see who could design the winning Christmas card for Palestine ISD. There were just too many excellent entries to choose only one of them, so three were chosen. We appreciate these students sharing their talent to
bring us Christmas joy! PISD Christmas Card Contest Winners

The Polar Express is enjoyed the world over by children and adults of all ages, and after 25 years in publication, it is still one of the most beloved stories. The story was enjoyed by Washington and PHS Paw Pals last Friday for their Polar Express Day/Pajama Day. HS Paw Pals arrived in their pajamas with gifts in their hands heading down the hallway to meet their WECC Paw Pal once again. While watching Polar Express the Paw Pals had popcorn, hot chocolate, and had a fun activity project to make. Thank you to Mrs. Robbins and her students for coordinating the Paw Pal Program this year. We are looking forward to some spring activities with our Paw Pals.

These students were using their creativity to build structures, objects and equipment. The two boys said they had to follow the map. Some of the things they created were lawn mowers, helicopters, a tall building, windmill and a few others.
