Coda BarCodabar- Codabar was developed by Pitney Bowes in 1972. This type ofbarcode is discrete, self checking symbology. It encodes 16 differentcharacters and 4 start/ stop characters. This symbology is used by U.S bloodbanks, photo labs, fedEx and airbills.
