I chose this photo because I think its quite touching. The little girl is looking forward at the camera and the effect of the black & white makes you sink into her big dark eyes.

PORTRAIT

This isn’t the best photo for portrait because portrait is mainly of people’s faces. But I tried to get this photo in the middle of the camera and I changed the saturation of the photo to make it look better. Also I blurred the background.This has changed over the years because we have more advanced technology, better and higher quality cameras and better editing programmes.

Landscape photography is to show different spaces in the world. It’s to do with the outside world and nature. So taking photo’s of river, mountains etc.

I chose to use this photo because I liked the colours that are involved they mix well. I liked the fact the mountain was reflected into the water. The photo makes you feel free.

In this photo I was trying to achieve a good landscape photo of the sky and the trees. I was trying to get the lighting exactly right. This area of photography has changed over the past 100 years because us humans have become more advanced with our technology so we can edit the photos i.e. on Photoshop. There's not as much landscape anymore because humans have built on it.

Nature photography refers to a wide range of photography taken outdoors and devoted to displaying natural elements such as landscapes, wildlife, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures.

I chose to use this photo because I liked the fact there are deer's in the picture and the light is just peeping in the background. It reminds me of Autumn .

NATURE

In this photo I was trying to get the pretty flowers in focus and the background not in focus.This area hasn’t really changed in a sense of nature changing but we have become more advanced with our camera’s. So the pictures are better quality.

Fine Art stands in contrast to representational photography such as photojournalism

I chose this photo for Fine Art because I like the way it uses leading lines this draws you in to the main part of the photo. This creates more effects and a bigger impact.

In this photo I was trying to use leading lines by making the back flower more in focus and further away. This area has changed over the years because we know more about photography and what will make the photo look the best. We can change the photo so it looks better to. Like I have made this black & white.

I chose this photo because I think its different and the lady modeling stands out the most even though she has a really busy background. The focus if on her and her clothes.

In this photo I was trying to get a picture of clothes but in a walking pose. This made the photo look more unique. Photography in fashion has change dover the years because humans fashion sense changes and evolves. We have better material to make clothes, more verity, more money.

The type of photography is Commercial photography. This is a professional tool for advertising your business.

I chose this photo because the picture is advertising coca cola by a truck at Christmas. It’s the Christmas cola truck that everybody knows about.

I chose this photo because the Honda car is advertising itself. This was on a car’s number plate. There is a website to visit to buy Honda’s cars. Over the years this photography has changed because we can use different programmes to edit the advert. We have TV’s, Phones, websites. We can spread adverts all over the world with leaflets, billboards, cars, buses etc.

Documentary photography is used in chronicle significant and historical events

I chose this photo because its advertising people/children in poor countries and the way they live. The photo itself has a young boy smiling close up to the camera and his face is a bit blurred so you can see the mother with her other child looking very say and you feel sorry for them. Also the black & white effect enthesis this.

I used this photo for Documentary because it’s what people on the street without a home are like. The black & white effect makes you feel sympathetic. This photography has changed because there are a lot more things we can show through pictures like poor people and people who live in poor countries. We have better transport i.e. Airplanes to get to places. We have better programmes to edit the photo’s we take.
