Stratton MountainBeautiful Stratton Mountain is located in the Northeast’s snowbelt-its natural snowfall supplemented by base-to-summit snowmaking.Stratton Mountain is the highest mountain in southern Vermont; it’sjust under 4,000 feet, with beginner skiing from the summit. Thereare 16 chairlifts, including a high-speed base- to-summit gondola,and 90 trails to challenge alpine skiers of all abilities. In addition,there are two cross-country skiing facilities. Horse-drawn sleigh riding, ice skating and snow shoeing are also available.

For apres-ski fun, try the Stratton Sports Center, featuring indoorswimming in an olympic-sized pool, tennis, racquetball, steambath,whirlpool, and a fully equipped Nautilus exercise room. An entry fee is required.

Travel/Location InformationStratton Mountain is located in southern Vermont’s Green Mountains,off Route 30 in Bondville, between Brattleboro and Manchester,Vermont. When referring to road maps, be sure to travel towardsStratton Mountain, not the town of Stratton.

W e e k d a y : A block of rooms is being held until January 12,2007, for Sunday through Thursday nights, February 11-15, 2007 at a group rate of $99.00 per night, single or double occupancy, plus10% Vermont room tax, and 10% service charge. There is no chargefor children under the age of 17 years of age, sharing the same roomas the parents and using an existing bed. There will be a charge of$20.00 plus tax for any person 18 years of age or older in a roomwith more than two occupants. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. Holidaycancellations received within fourteen days of arrival date are subjectto full forfeiture.
