a) These vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease depending upon the actual requirement for the patient care. b) The vacancy position in respect of faculty will be decreased basing on the subjugation/court decree in respect of OA 722/2017, 825/2017, 836/2017, 851/2017, 875/2017 & 1062/2017 etc. In case no candidate is available for the post of Associate Professor candidates having eligibility and experience for the Post of Professor or Retired as Professor may be selected as "Professor against the post of Associate Professor" and they will be paid consolidated salary of professor i.e, Rs 1,77,000/- per month .. 4. Senior Resident PG in respective speciality or PG Diploma (in the respective speciality with 1 (Super speciality (one) year experience. Department ) DM/M.Ch is desirable for the posts.

5. Specialist (Non PG degree or diploma in the concerned speciality. Three years ' experience in Teaching) the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree or five

vears' exoerience after the Postgraduate Dioloma. 6. Statistician M.Sc. Statistics. (As oer MCI norms)

C. TERM OF CONTRACT:

a) Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on contractual basis for a period of one year or up to completion of academic session 2019-20 defined by MCI/university/as per ESIC Rules and Regulations & Residency Scheme applicable from time to time. The tenure in respect of Senior Residents (for Medical College & Super Specialty Hospital) on contract basis, the engagement will be initially for 01 (One) year extendable every year up to three years on satisfactory performance and conduct.

b) The tenure in respect of Tutors is one year on contract basis. But the selected candidates who have completed MS/MD/Ph.D., the engagement will be initially for Ol(One) year extendable every year up to three years on satisfactory performance and conduct.

c) The Contractual engagement may be terminated I discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning reason.

d) Other terms and condition will be applicable as issued by competent authority from time to time. e) The Selected Super Specialist shall have an option to change as Full Time or Part Time at any time after joining,

by giving one month notice. t) The selected candidates can be posted in any hospital of ESIC, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad (i.e. ESIC Medical

College Hospital/ESIC Super Specialty Hospital, Sanathnagar) as per requirement in view of patient care.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

III. Selection will be made on the basis of interview of shortlisted candidates which will be conducted by the selection board. The results of the interview will be uploaded on the www.esic.nic.in and no enquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

IV. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview will be in the ratio of 1:10. Shortlisting will be done on the following parameters:

Group A. Total aggregate score Group B. Teaching experience. Group C. NEET Score (for PG 2019 and for Super speciality-2018).

The scores of shortlisted candidates will not be carried forwarded for the personal interview.

V. Candidate should furnish correct information with all necessary original documents in the online form. Strict action will be taken against those who will provide wrong information.

VL List of shortlisted candidates displayed on the website will be in the order of the reference number and not in the order of scores secured.

VII. The final selection will be based purely on performance in the personal interview.

VIII. Selected candidates will have to join immediately after receipt of offer of Appointment.

Scoring for short-listing of candidates for the post of Junior resident and Senior resident:

D. Research and academic contributions:

Note: Evidence of paper I poster presented at conferences or documentary proof of being part of organising committee of conference or workshop have to be shown during document verification. Mere attendance of conference will not be considered. Inability to produce document at the time of verification will lead to cancellation I rejection of application.

iii. A wards and Grants obtained: National: 01 point International : 05 points

E. NEET (PG -2019 and Super specialty-2018) Score and Rank NEET score does not carry any marks and percentage of NEET score will be used as one of the parameters for short listing of the candidates.

IX. The above mentioned criteria for short listing of candidates for the post of Tutor, JR and SR shall only be for the purpose of calling candidates for the interview and marks scored will not be carry forwarded in personal interview.

X. Marks will be uploaded on the website esic.nic.in on the same day of the interview.

E. GENERAL CONDITIONS:-

r. Mere submission of online application does not confirm eligibility criteria or confer any right to the candidate for

selection. ii. Online score of the applicants is system generated; it does not confirm the scrutiny of the documents or eligibility

of the candidates for the post. . iii. A candidate should submit only one application for one post. In case, candidate wishes to apply for more

than one post then he/she must apply online separately, generate application ID separately and must appear

with separate sets of application forms, documents and testimonials, photographs and separate fees for each post applied for. No photocopies will be arranged by the office.

iv. Application should be submitted online in the prescribed format and all fields are mandatory. v. Only shortlisted candidates should appear for personal interview. On the day of Walk-in-Interview, the shortlisted

candidates should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer. vi. The candidate shall bring PDF of the application generated for the applied post. vii. Shortlisted candidates need to give a presentation (in the form of PPT) as self appraisal. viii. (i) District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/Collector/Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector/1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/t Sub-Divisional Magistrateffaluka Magistrate/Executive Magistrate/Extra Assistant Commissioner. t(not below of the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate).

(ii) Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/Presidency Magistrate.

(iii) Revenue Officers not below the rank of Tehsildar.

(iv) Sub Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his/her family normally resides.

(v) Administrator/Secretary to Administrator/Development Officer (Lakshadweep).

Note 1: Candidates claiming to belong to OBCs should note that the name of their caste (including its spellings) as indicated in their certificates, should be exactly the same as published in the lists notified by the Central Government from time to time. A certificate containing any variation in the caste name will not be accepted.

Note 2: The OBC claim of a candidate will be determined in relation to the State (or part of the State) to which his/her father originally belongs. A candidate who has migrated from one State (or part of the State) to another should, therefore, produce an OBC certificate which should have been issued to him/her based on his/her father's OBC certificate from the State to which he (father) originally belongs.

Note 3: No change in the community status already indicated by a candidate in his/her simplified application form for this examination wili ordinarily be allowed by the Commission.
