Combined valuation from tourism and
aviation activities in Dubai set to reach
USD53.10 billion by 2020. This would
encourage need for facility
management services in upcoming
tourism and leisure projects in the
region.
Ongoing efforts by UAE to diversify its
economy, from conventional crude-oil
export to service-sector driven
economy would aid in construction of
commercial centres and other mixed-
use projects which will boost demand
for facility management services.
