AJMAN FREE ZONE

Located in 30-minutes drive from Dubai. Offers the

cheapest General Trading license in all UAE. The only Free

Zone which offers multiple instalment payment plans (if

UAE bank cheque book is available). Trading, professional

and small industrial businesses. New warehouses and sea

port.

RAK FREE ZONE

Very popular Free Zone with good reputation. Located in

90-minutes drive from Dubai, next to RAK sea port and

airport. Good solution for industrial businesses. The only

Free Zone which offers "Real Estate Consultancy" license.

HAMRIYAH FREE ZONE

If you want low-budget licensing solution and maximum

visas, this Free Zone is what you need. Located in 40-

minutes drive from Dubai, has its own sea port. Instead of

flexi-desk, investors are getting 10 sq. meters separate

office with any license.

FUJAIRAH CREATIVE CITY FREE ZONE

Perfect Free Zone for professionals, artistic people or

creative freelancers. Has very big choice of activities not

TRADING & COMMERCIAL

You can do import, export and trading. You cannot trade

directly with UAE market. In order to do it you have to

appoint a distributor or agent registered in the UAE. For

such sales import tax will be applied (usually 5%).

SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL

You can carry out professional services specified in the

Trade license. It can be any type of management, business,

industrial consultancy or professional services including

even real estate consulting, advertising, event or exhibition

organisation in some Free Zones.

LOGISTICS

A Logistics License allows you to engage in logistic services

such as Cargo (sea, land, air), warehousing, storage,

transshipment.

INDUSTRIAL

An Industrial License allows you to manufacture and export

the finished product. In addition, there is also the National

Industrial License, issued for manufacturing companies with

at least 51% Arabian Gulf Co-operation Council (AGCC)

ownership. This license allows the holder the same status as

a local or AGCC inside the UAE.

E-COMMERCE

You can engage in e-commerce business such as online

trading or online services.

FREELANCE PERMIT

A Freelance permit offers you an opportunity to operate as a

freelance professional. The Permit identifies you as a sole

practitioner and enables you to carry out business in your

own birth name instead of a brand.
