2016 outlook

• Assuming current market conditions continue to the end of 2016, APO expects

‒ revenue growth of 8.5% to 9.0% (vs previous guidance of 6.0% - 8.0%)

‒ EBITDA of $84m to $86m (vs previous guidance of $79m - $84m)

• Forward media bookings in H1 FY16 were up 13% vs H1 FY15, but 14% below the prior

corresponding period for the subsequent 8 weeks to 19 August 2016

‒ downturn in forward media bookings in early H2 2016 reflected the extended

Federal election, Olympics and sales performance

‒ actions have been implemented to improve sales execution, with favourable results

• In recent weeks, APO has experienced a solid recovery in media revenues and

bookings which are tracking at double digit growth vs the prior corresponding period

• APO has commissioned 32 new digital Elite screens so far this year, with a further 4

planned by the end of the year (vs previous guidance of 20 to 25)
