Fully-funded Graduate DegreesAll current graduate students have received either full tuition or full tuition plus stipend.
Combined MM/DMA ProgramThis program allows students to finish coursework for both the Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in three years, followed by a year to write a dissertation and perform a lecture recital.
Professional Performance and Employment OpportunitiesStudents often sing with institutions such as Opera Santa Barbara, the Santa Barbara Choral Society, and the Santa Barbara Symphony throughout the year.
Individual Attention and Weekly CoachingsSmall studio sizes ensure an environment for growth and development, along with weekly lessons with a voice teacher, vocal coaches, and a vocal accompanist.
Fully-staged Opera ProductionsAll UCSB productions are fully-staged and performed with a live orchestra, where graduates are assigned main-stage roles.
