Make-Up Senior
Portraits8/20/2020
Make-up Senior Portraits will be made in the Salon on Thursday, August 20th. Students should receive a postcard in the mail with their appointment time. (If you have not had your Senior picture made, and you have not received a postcard with your appointment time, please contact Mrs. Pharr.)
Seniors coming on campus must go through the UCEC entrance and be screened for Covid.

Schedule Highlights
Plan D Virtual Academy students will be required to attend 2 scheduled online classes a week with synchronous learning. This will be MW or TR classes.
Plan B students will be required to attend 1 scheduled online class a week with synchronous learning.
Dedicated time will be given for students who need to additional support, counseling, and SEL activities.
All classes are recorded for documentation and ability for teacher and students to play it back.
Students will also have time to set up extra help with teachers during office hours on Fridays. .
Canvas Check in
Students should use this time to check into Canvas, check assignments, canvas calendar, and upcoming activities.
Staff Meeting/PLC
School staff will use this time for staff/grade level meetings, PLC, and professional development.
Synchronous instruction
School staff will be available LIVE in real time using virtual learning software to teach and provide group instruction. One hour sessions
SEL/EC/Counseling services
School staff will use this time to provide SEL, EC, and counseling support through remote learning.
Office Hours
School staff will use this time to respond to student’s individual needs and be available for questions, comments, concerns, and small group instruction.
