The DIN 19580 / EN 1433 standards specify the various loading classes and associated installation sites here. MEADRAIN Supreme has virtually been createdspecifically for all those applications where extremely high wheel loads are present classes E600 and F900. This channel system transfers the advantages of polymer concrete in a unique manner to heavy-load applications: the extremely robust andpractically wear-free design of channel bodies ensures maximum reliability. Their modular, lightweight construction and different internal slopes allow for a wide spectrum of combinations options. The outstanding surface finish guarantees the rapid discharge of water and dirt particles. What's more, groundwater is permanently protected thanks to the channel's high resistance to chemically aggressive substances. Increasingly stringent demands concerning environmental protection, long-term load-bearing capacity and functionality are being placed on channelswhere these are used for the surface drainage of pedestrian zones, parks,car parks as well as industrial areas. The SV 1000 drainage system whichis made from eco-friendly polymer concrete offers the ideal solution here.With a 4-mm-thick galvanized steel edge rail and gratings secured againstlongitudinal displacement, the system, which will bear loads to class E600,can even be used in industrial areas.

The system fulfils the new European DIN EN 1433 standardwith more stringent environmental protection guidelines for drainagechannels in vehicular and pedestrian areas. But MEADRAIN Supremealso satisfies every whim when it comes to aesthetics and, thanks to itsslender edge rails, a perfect joint with adjoining slabbed and paved surfaces is guaranteed.

For loading classes A15 to C250, you can choose between four elegant alternatives: Z 1000/2000 channels with galvanized steel edge rails and S 1000/2000 with edge rails in V2A stainless steel. The edge rails are embedded in channel bodies made from eco-friendly, high-strength polymer concrete which protects groundwater reliably from chemically aggressive liquids.
