UK Flowtechnik is a joint venture company between UK Flow Ltd (formerly the UK distribution arm of the E-Holdings group of companies) and Flowtechnik (formerly the process flow metering division of Hydrotechnik UK Ltd).

Beinlich pumps are applied world-wide in process plants of the chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, dyes, paints and food industries as well as in the areas of all hydraulics, two- and multicomponent machines, but also in ship building and aircraft construction.Based on extensive experience in dispensing difficult to handle fluids and has decades of technological knowledge, Beinlich develops customised, innovative and efficient solutions. The actual broad range of Beinlich dosing and transfer pumps is the result of systematic product development. Traditionally, the implementation of the highest possible standards, quality awareness and detailed knowledge of customer industry sectors are the focus of product design and development.

Today leakage-free transmission is essential in process technology owing to environmental protection reasons. Highly toxic or aggressive media require hermetically sealed drives for pumps, agitators etc. DST permanent magnetic couplings optimally comply with the increasing environmental safety protection awareness. High torques can be safely transmitted wear-free through the vessel walls. If the maximum torque is exceeded, the torque transmission will be interrupted so that overload protection is always guaranteed. The well proven compact and high-performance magnetic couplings from DST apply rare earth magnets with excellent magnetic capacities. A significant performance advantage of the DST magnetic coupling is the freedom from wear in contrast to dynamic seals. This offers DST customers a competitive advantage in a growing worldwide market with applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics industries.

External gear pump ZPDZPD gear pumps were specifically designed for dosing applications, oil hydraulics and process technology. Due to different types of tooth profiling and modules the medium is delivered with very low pulsation. With possible volumetric efficiency values of over 90% (dependent on viscosity and system) the dosing quantity can be set precisely through the pump speed.

External gear pump ZPDAThe high-precision ZPDA dosing pumps are specifically developed for applications with the highest requirements on accuracy. In order to achieve this high precision the internal clearances are appropriate to the fluid viscosity. Additionally, flow meters, connection blocks and pressure sensors can be mounted directly on the pump.

Internal gear pump ZPIDue to the internal gear design the ZPI provides an especially low-noise option in conveying the fluid, which not only reduces the noise emission but also the costs for noise-absorbing measures. The high volumetric efficiency of the ZPI internal gear pump has a positive effect on the energy balance due to the improvement of the overall efficiency.

Progressive cavity pump

The technology of the newly developed progressive cavity VISCO.pump® is based on the volumetric principle of an endless (infinite) piston. The eccentric movement of the rotor allows for a low-shear motion through the pump without damaging the media. Optimally designed for dispensing fluids and pastes containing abrasive fillers proportional to speed and with an accuracy/repeatability of ± 1%.

Centrifugal pumpNeoMag® is a high-performance, magnetically coupled end suction centrifugal pump made from stainless steel with a borosilicate canister. The NeoMag® can have energy savings of up to 30% as the canister consists of non-electrically conductive material and therefore not generating any eddy current losses. The pump, motor and coupling can be dimensioned smaller than before. Thus reducing not only the investment costs, but the subsequent costs during operation such as maintenance works since there is no need to replace seals unlike conventional pumps.
