History: None Findings: Patient with acute aspect of knee pain and a palpable defect over the quadriceps tendon. A 3 centimeter defect filled with fluid (*) is present at the site of quadriceps tendon retear, along the lateral margin of the tendon complex. • Treatment: Cortisone shot, surgical removal
