• Diagnosis: Partial Quadriceps Tendon Rupture.• History: None
• Findings: Patient with acute aspect of knee pain and a palpable defect over the quadriceps tendon. A 3 centimeter defect filled with fluid (*) is present at the site of quadriceps tendon retear, along the lateral margin of the tendon complex. Heterotopic bone (arrows) is present within the tendon substance. F=Intraprod,
P=patella. • Treatment: Surgery.
