VBS MISSION PROJECT Madison UMC’s 2019 VBS mission project is to raise funds to support the ministries of our Church family members

– Todd, Katie, Andrew, Conner, & Wesley Moody – who are serving as missionaries in Honduras! Details about our

specific project are coming soon!

There are numerous ways you can help!

We will be collecting money each day of VBS. There will be a FUN contest between the boys & girls to see who

can raise the most MONEY! Offer to help around the house to earn extra money, use

saved money, money hiding in the couch cushions, or use your talents to make some-

thing to sell this week.

The Sojourners (our 5th graders) will have a CAR WASH on Thursday, June 20 from

9:00-10:30. Donations are accepted!

Pray for others. Pray for the Moody family, the people they serve in Honduras,

and our VBS participants & volunteers!

Use your talents &gifts! God made each of us special. Use your unique talents &

create something to sell or donate for our mission this week.

Give your time & talents to do something good.

CAN YOU SAVE YOUR ALUMINUM FOIL & PAPER

TOWEL ROLLS FOR US? We need about 60 rolls for a VBS craft. Can you save your rolls from alu-

minum foil (our 1st choice since they are sturdier) or paper towel rolls for

us? Please bring them to Renée’s office.

WE NEED TO BORROW A FEW THINGS TO HELP DECORATE FOR VBS

To build out our African scene we need to borrow any of the following:

African patterned blankets or sheets

Baskets

African drums

Please make sure and put your name on your items & bring them to Renée’s office
