Shelter is more than a thought, We, as real estate professionals are recreating the concept of a shelter in terms of bricks and mortar, but it goes much beyond that. In whichever context you take it, shelter gives a feeling a warmth & security, a rightful place to make space for your dreams and thereby grow and prosper. It is with this sentiment that Shelter 2019 the largest Property Expo of North Maharashtra from 19th to 22nd December, 2019 heralds great opportunities for all to look forward to life, while we look at Nashik city as a Shelter. Hence, the thought for Shelter 2019 is defined as WOW NASHIK - NOW NASHIK fact that portrays the City in the new dimension of grand opportunities and immense possibilities that are satisfying economically, enriching and personally empowering is what makes for Shelter 2019.
The exposition hence transcends its role from an exhibition to offering a platform to a congregation of a people from various sectors of the society, for an interface with members, professionals, agencies, government, people and consumers at large. Nashik is on the verge of becoming a SMART city. Classified presently as a tier II City, it enjoys metro connectivity, salubrious climate, improving infrastructure and peace of living. Its classically traditional image is matched with the new and modern outlook to life. Whether it is agriculture, education, medicine, wellness, industry, professions, or entertainment, Nashik is gifted with all the avenues and aspects of life.
Real Estate for every city has two important facets. On one hand it is a backbone of the aesthetics and the skyline of the city; and on the other, it is the economic parameter to guage its development and progress. Shelter is CREDAI Nashik Metro’s flagship property exhibition, which happens biannually in the city of Nashik. It’s a platform

more than 100 participants from the industry, the exhibition also attracts brands and patrons from various spheres. Shelter
is not just an event, but it goes much beyond that. It’s an encompassing thought. The biannual Shelter exhibition has
always been a prestigious event for CREDAI Nashik Metro.
Shelter 2019 is the 9th edition and it intends to bring in a paradigm shift in view, approach, method and functioning, with the
outcome of building back confidence and strength in our business. Also, we are looking at the exhibition as an interface
