of your classroom and make it more like a family. You'll learn the components of
morning meeting as well as ideas for greetings, activities, and morning message to
use in your classroom!

Reading Rituals & Routines
In this session we will talk about ways to take your literacy instruction to the next level using the
balanced literacy framework. This session will allow you to stock up on ideas for engaging your
students, meeting all their needs and challenging them to reach for higher-order thinking. You
will also discover how to integrate technology into your daily instruction and how to
differentiate that technology.
A Smorgasboard of Math Strategies
Discover how to build math skills each day using the calendar, mat review, mental
math, groups, centers and lesson closures. These strategies will help you meet the
needs of your students while challenging them to reach for higher-order thinking.
Plus, you will find out how to integrate technology and differentiate math instruction.
Sight Word 60 Routine
This is a 5-day sight word routine that provides your students with 60 exposures to each sight
word. Greg demonstrates a routine that includes reading words, spelling words, games and
sentences that takes just a few minutes each day. You will see videos highlighting students
doing sight word routines in the classroom.
