1. Noliabilityshall fallontheOrganisers,Landowners,Sponsors, JudgesorOfficials inrespectof

any loss, damage or injury however so caused and all competitors are deemed to be liable to

indemnifythesaidpersonsinrespectofanyloss,damageorinjury.

2. Everyeffortwillbemadetokeeptotheschedules,butwereservetherighttoaltertheorderand

compositionofclassesortocancelthem.

3. Anycompetitormaybewarnedordisqualifiedforimproperorexcessiveuseofwhips,spursetc.

orotheractionswhichtheJudgesorOfficialsconsiderwarrantssuchpenalty.

4. Correct riding attiremust beworn at all times.ALLRIDERS,whether competing or not,must

wear the correctheadgear,PAS015orBSEN1384orprefixedASTMorSEIare theminimum

standardbutridershavetoberesponsiblefortheirownsafety.Failuretowearcorrectheadgear

willincurelimination.

5. The ruling of the judges is final. All complaints must be put into writing and handed to the

secretarywithadepositof£20within15minutesoftheincident,returnableiftheobjectionis

upheld.

6. Entries may be refused without reason being given and there will be no entitlement to any

refund of entry unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient entries, or aMedical/Veterinary

Certificate is produced. Up to 25% of entry money may be retained to cover administration

costs.

7. ChangeofhorseorridermustbenotifiedtotheSecretary15minutesbeforethestartoftheclass

ortheentrywillbecomevoid.Changeofbothhorseandriderwillnotbeaccepted.

8. ALLDOGSmustbekeptonleadsatalltimes.

9. Itistheresponsibilityofcompetitorstoknowtherules–ourstewardsandofficialsarethereto
