Quality mattersThere are many small lightweight trailers on themarket today, but very few can boast the strength,durability and longevity provided by the Ifor Williamsunbraked range. The multi purpose P6e range hasproven itself capable of withstanding the daily rigoursof the professional user for many years. The BV64eMini Box Van, new to the range, has all the samequalities our customers have come to expect.

Lightweight and manoeuvrableAll our unbraked trailers are designed around astrong, low maintenance rubber torsion suspensionsystem and galvanised axle beam, providing manyyears of trouble free service. This exclusive axle hasbeen designed to connect directly to the trailer body,creating a far lighter trailer. What we save onunladen weight you gain directly as payload.

Ease of couplingThe easy to use coupling head with soft grabhandle and front prop stand are a standard featureto the range - you'll find coupling up is effortless.For increased manoeuvrability when un-coupled ajockey wheel option is available to replace the frontprop stand.

UnrestrictedUnbraked trailers are not subject to any of thetowing restrictions placed on new car drivers*making them ideal starter trailers for those whohave recently passed their driving test. Always referto the towing vehicle manufacturers handbook formaximum unbraked towing limit.

P6eUnbraked Trailer

Larger, stronger and tougher than trailerstypically sold at your local DIY or car partssuperstore, the P6e is a small trailer with abig heart. On the road it can be towed by afamily car1, off road it can even be towed bya quad bike1,3. With ramp or tailboardversions, 500kg or 750kg gross weights and arange of optional accessories this modelcaters for most eventualities.

With the axle, drawbar and body panels constructedfrom hot-dipped galvanized steel, this trailer providesthe same built-in quality and durability as all otherIfor Williams trailers. The loading ramp option ispanelled in 2mm thick slip resistant aluminiumtreadplate, whilst the tailgate option has 2mm pre-galvanised steel sheet.

The 18mm thick high density plywood platform hasa tough, water-proof resin coating on both sidesproviding a floor space of 1.21m x 1.98m (4’x 6’6”approx.) A factory fitted option of 2mm aluminiumtreadplate floor covering is available.

The strong, low maintenance rubber torsionsuspension system is fitted with a choice of either145R10 (500kg gross weight) or 20.5 x 8-10 (750kggross weight) flotation tyres.

The optional welded mesh side panels areinvaluable when carrying large bulky objects suchas hedge cuttings, waste paper and fire-wood.

In the livestock version the P6e becomes alightweight livestock trailer ideal for moving sheepor calves2. This includes aluminium ramp gates,ventilation louvres in the front of the canopy andfixing points for the optional cross division.

BV64eUnbraked Box Van

Small enough to tow conveniently behindyour car, providing 2.3m3 of space, this boxvan is ideal for leisure, domestic or smallbusiness users.

Ideal for family holidays, weekend trips, the sportsenthusiasts with too much gear for the boot/roofrack or simply the small business with goods tomove. You’ll find the BV64e an ideal way to keepall your belongings safe, dry and away from pryingeyes. When not in use it can be safely parked up inyour garage, being low enough to fit into mostgarages and light enough to manouvre easily. Itsgreat for camping or enjoying outdoor activitiessuch as cycling, canoeing, fishing or skiing,especially where bulky equipment is needed - it caneven be used to carry a junior kart.

Available with the choice of van style rear doorsand flat roof or a convenient roller shutter with anaerodynamic GRP roof moulding. Both modelsfeature a streamlined body and mudwings with therear prop stands integrated into the wings. Theadhesive bonded aluminium body structure givesexceptional strength whilst also saving weight,giving you more payload.

A convenient roof rack option on the van doorversion allows oversize objects* to be safely carried,anything from pipes and planks to canoes orsurfboards can be safely transported. Rubberinterior matting is also available to help grip yourvaluable load along with tie down points for thefloor (these are sold loose so they can bepositioned as desired to suit your load).

The strong, low maintenance rubber torsionsuspension system is fitted with 145R10 tyres givinga maximum gross weight† of up to 500kg.
