1. Identify and work all diary feedback reports (DFRs) containing zeroed composite scores, correct if required (composite score worksheets required)
2. Update composite scores due to “Late Training Data”. Late Training Data is any training or event that affects the composite score calculation that was completed prior to the MCTFS cutoff date; however, was reported via unit diary or the Training Module System after the MCTFS cutoff date. When this occurs the data entered late is not used when the system calculates the composite score.
3. “Request Re-Compute” and “Request Remedial” process a. The unit can only report on unit diary for the current promotion quarter b. HQMC, MMPR (Ms Murphy) is required to report all other “Request Recompute” and “Request Remedial” entries.
4. Utilize the “CCOS” screen in MCTFS to assist with composite score calculations.

• Maradmin 461/13 / Reserve Component Composite Score Bonus – AcDu or IRR personnel who meet the requirements and affiliate with an SMCR unit for 12 consecutive months obligation can receive an additional 60 points towards their composite score effective for 1 Jan 15 promotions.
• Consolidate all zeroed out composite score Marines
• Print warrants according to grade selected
• Add "Reserves of The" for warrants on Reserve Marines
• Option to print the NCO Creed from the module
