The organizers will form a Tournament Committee for the smooth

conduct of the Championship.

6. Protest: Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing

with a protest fee of Rs.1,000/- within 30 minutes of the occurrence of the incident.

The protest fee shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld.

5. Tournament Committee:

APPEALS COMMITTEE: Before the commencement of the tournament, a five member appeals committee shall be formed by organizers. All the members and reserves shall be from different states. No member of the Committee can vote on a dispute in which a players from his own State is involved and in such case (s) the reserve member(s) shall take his place in the committee.

Last date of submission of entries without late fee is 21/07/2019

Late entries will be accepted with a late fee of Rs.100/- per participant till 23/07/2019.

No entry will be entertained after 23/07/2019.

10. Registration of Players: All participants should be registered with AICF for the year

2019-20 through online www.aicf.in. No player shall be paired first round if they have not

registered with AICF. Those who have already obtained registration cards from AICF

website for 2019-20 should send photocopy of the same. Those who have paid AICF

Registration fee but are yet to receive the AICF Registration card should send a photo copy

acknowledgment for having paid the fee to organizers of earlier tournament or to their

association. Participants from the Pondicherry State are required to obtain PSCA

registration for the year 2019-20 by sending an amount of Rs.100/- towards PSCA

Registration fee along with duly filled and signed PSCA player's registration form plus one

passport size photograph along with Birth Certificate copy in addition to the entry fees.

11. LODGING: Players have to make their own arrangement for the accommodation.
