Polyethylene container emptying doors

Double or Kinshofer hook: assembly with 2 integrated tray-style emptying doors made from high density polyethylene.

The doors open to 85 degrees to facilitate waste emptying.

The shape of the doors and their watertightness mean they can contain up to 60 litres of leachate in each door (total 120 litres).

Metal container emptying doors

Double or Kinshofer hook: Assembly with 2 integrated tray-style emptying doors made from 3 mm thick AP-01 steel plate reinforced with a central U section.

Hot-dip galvanised doors to prevent rusting.

The shape of the doors and their watertightness mean they can contain up to 90 litres of leachate in each door (total 180 litres).

Single hook: Assembly with 1 integrated tray-style emptying door made from 3 mm thick AP-01 steel plate with the capacity to contain 180 litres of leachates.

Hot-dip galvanised door to prevent rusting.

Concrete pit frameworkUpper frame: Provides the fixing for the container structure to the concrete prefabrication, acts as an anchoring frame, and is made up of 4 sections of 3 mm thick folded galvanised sheet steel.

Structure: Made up of four columns of 2 mm thick folded galvanised sheet steel.

Safety platform: It rises by means of counterweights, as the container assembly is lifted out: there are no auxiliary mechanisms. Galvanised white steel manufacture, shaped, screwed, weld-free.

Standard safety load of 120/240 kg.

Civil work recommended for correct installation(*) Pit excavation: The pit excavation must be larger than the dimensions of the concrete casing.

Concrete levelling base: Insertion of a concrete base in the bottom of the pit for level adjustment purposes, to a thickness of at least 100 mm.

The concrete used to manufacture the casing is to be treated with additives which make it waterproof.

Installation of the concrete casing inside the pit and equipment installation. Peripheral capping: Once the equipment has been installed, backfilling, compacting and finishing required for the surface of the pavement are to proceed.

Technical specifications of the concrete casing: Strength: 35N/mm2. Constructed from a single piece of HA350 reinforced concrete. Reinforced with B500S steel mesh. Central well for draining liquids. Fitted with unloading hooks for handling. Standards applied: UNE 83-313-90; UNE 83-301-91; UNE 83-303-84; UNE 83-304-84

Recommended maintenance container and column assembly: Cleaning with compressed air in the container and the column.

Washing with detergent and water at high pressure in the container and the column.

Disinfection in the container and the column.

Extraction of water and leachates.

Checking column and discharge doors for correct operation.

Replacement of defective parts.

For metal columns: Checking columns for condition of paint and repainting any areas as necessary.

Safety platform:Inspection of pulleys.

Inspection of cables.

Inspection of cable fastenings to counterweights.

Certificates and Declarations of Conformity

Certified Quality Management System in accordance with Standard UNE EN ISO 9001, for the design and manufacture of plastic containers and marketing of items of street furniture and urban waste units.

Certified Environmental Management System in accordance with Standard UNE EN ISO 14001, for the design and manufacture of plastic containers and marketing of items of street furniture and urban waste units.

All the equipment complies with the standards referred to in Directive 98/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the construction and marketing of machinery, as well as the essential requirements for health and safety relative to the design and manufacture of machinery and safety components.
