CONTRACTUAL PRIVACY PROTECTION FOR CLIENTS

• Anametrix’ contracts include confidentiality provisions that prohibit disclosing client confidential information, including

client data, except under certain narrowly defined circumstances (as required by law)

• Anametrix does not modify, or disclose to anyone other than a client’s designees, any of its respective client data.

• Anametrix does not access clients’ accounts, including client data, except to maintain the service, prevent or respond

to technical or service problems, at a client’s request in connection with a client support issue, or as required by law.

Policies

Every Anametrix employee and contractor must follow Anametrix’ code of conduct, sign confidentiality agreements and follow

Anametrix’ information security policies.

PRIVACY STATEMENT Anametrix secures your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Anametrix secures the personally identifiable

information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access,

use or disclosure. For information collected on our clients’ web sites, Anametrix provides assurances around the types of

information collected, how that information may be used and how that information may be shared.

PRACTICES

Anametrix’ comprehensive privacy and security program includes communicating with personnel and clients about current

issues and best practices.

Anametrix does not sell, rent or lease its client lists to third parties. Anametrix may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of

external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally

identifiable information (e-mail, name, address and telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition,

Anametrix may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide

client support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to

provide these services to Anametrix, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

INTERNAL TRAINING AND COMMUNICATIONS FOR ANAMETRIX PERSONNEL

Anametrix regularly communicates with and trains our personnel about our obligation to safeguard confidential information,

including client data and personal information.

• Anametrix provides classroom training around confidentiality, privacy, and information security for all new employees

during its monthly new hire orientation.

• All Anametrix personnel are required to complete an annual privacy and security training and are tested on the materi-

als presented.

• Anametrix communicates with all personnel about privacy and information security awareness through regular corpo-

rate communications.
