Merging Secondary Devices
The Merge Secondary Devices option allows you to merge results if participants responded
with more than one registered device during the session (ie. Cell phone battery dies and
Clicker is used).
1. Open TurningPoint and sign in to your Turning Account.
2. From the Manage tab, select a Course and click Results Manager.
3. Select the session column and click Merge Secondary Devices.
The Merge Secondary Devices window opens.
4.Click Merge.
Note: This feature only works if both devices are registered to the user in the participant list.
Note: If the sum of the responses for the primary and secondary devices exceed the number of responses in the lesson, verify with the
participant that they used both devices in the session.
