UNDERSTANDING YOUR EARNINGS STATEMENT

ACCESS YOUR EARNINGS STATEMENTTo access your Earnings Statements:

• Check your PULSE (myrfpulse.com) and enter your e-mail address and password

SELECT YOUR EARNINGS STATEMENTSelect the following in the drop-down boxes:

• Period: select the month you are interested. Example: 2014/11

• Export to: if you wish to export this report to another program select the program in this drop down and click Export. Example: Microsoft Excel

YOUR EARNINGS STATEMENTYour Earnings Statement is titled “Earnings Statement for Your Name.” The date of this report will also be displayed.

This report will provide you with a summary statement of the selected period’s overall commission earnings.

SUMMARY TABLEThere is a summary of your account at the top of the report which includes:

• Recognition Title – the highest title that a Consultant has achieved for the prior three Commission Periods

• Paid As Title – the highest title for which a Consultant satisfies the qualification requirements for the Commission Period

• Qualifying SV – the total Qualifying Volume (QV) you and/or your Retail Customers have generated

• Qualifying PSQV – the total Qualifying Volume generated from your Personally Sponsored Consultants (this includes SV generated from their Retail Customers) and Preferred Customers

• Qualifying EC Legs – the total number of EC legs in your organization

• Qualifying LV EC Legs – the total number of LV EC legs or above in your organization

• Generations Paid – the number of Generations you earned Commissions on based on your qualifications and Paid As Title

• L1-L2 Qualifying Volume – the total Qualifying Volume generated by Consultants (and their Retail Customers) and Preferred Customers in Levels 1 – 2

• L1-L6 Qualifying Volume – the total Qualifying Volume generated by Consultants (and their Retail Customers) and Preferred Customers in Level 1 – 6

MISCELLANEOUS TABLEUnderneath the summary you may see a miscellaneous table that will contain any of the following categories if they apply to you for that Commission Period, including a total line which is the sum of these values:

• Retail Profit – Profit earned from your Retail Customers

• PC Retail Profit – Profit earned from your PCs

• Return Adjustments – A negative value associated with returns

• General Adjustments – Any direct earnings adjustment, including description

BONUS TABLEAdditionally, if you qualify for any special bonuses for the Commission Period, you will see a Bonus Table, that is broken out by bonus type, including a total line which is the sum of all bonus values.

VOLUME DETAILSTo the right of the summary you will see a detailed report of the volume in your organization including:

• L1 Volume – The total of all CV of the earning Consultant’s Performance Lineage where the products are sold to L1 Preferred Customers or purchased by L1 Consultants or sold to said L1 Consultants’ online Retail Customers.

• Personal Team Volume** – (i) the CV of Consultants who are directly or indirectly sponsored by that Consultant down to and including the first EC in each respective Downline Leg in the Performance Lineage; and

• the CV of PCs who are directly sponsored by the Consultant or have compressed to the Consultant, and any PCs of Consultants who have not promoted to EC in the Consultant’s Personal Team.

• Gen I Vol – the total volume of your Generation I

• Gen II Vol – the total volume of your Generation II

• Gen III Vol – the total volume of your Generation III

• Gen IV Vol – the total volume of your Generation IV

• Gen V Vol – the total volume of your Generation V

• Total Org Vol – Personal Team Volume plus Generational Volume of all Consultants on which you earned commission

• RFx (Gen VI) Volume – the total volume of your Generation VI

*Compressions can be due to Terminations and Roll Arounds**For more information regarding Personal Team, please refer to Section 2 of the P&Ps

VOLUME DETAILS CONTINUEDColumn Definitions:

• Commissionable Volume – indicates the total CV generated in the specified organization (defined in Volume Details)

• % Earned Column – indicates the % earned on the Commissionable Volume. This is based on your Paid As Title.

• Earnings in Volume Column – indicates the Volume earned on the Generation, which is equal to Commissionable Volume multiplied by the % earned.

• Exchange Rate to Your Currency – indicates the set foreign exchange rate of your country of origin*

• Commissions (Your Currency) –indicates the amount earned on the Generation in the currency of your country of origin (Ex: USA – USD; Canada – CAD), which is equal to the Earnings in Volume multiplied by Exchange Rate

Please Note: You may see Volume in Generations upon which you are not eligible to earn commissions, based on your current Commission Period Paid As Title

*R+F reserves the right to determine the frequency of updates to exchange rates

TOTAL PAYMENTColumn Definitions:

Below the Summary you will see a Total Payment amount, which is the sum of the three Total lines of the tables above (which include the totals of Volume Details, Bonus and Miscellaneous tables when applicable)

To the right of Total Payment you will also see Payment Format: RF Payday. (you can access RF Payday by logging in at www.payday.myrandf.com)

EARNINGS DETAILSThe lower portion of the report provides you with detail of the Volume generated and Earnings breakdown of each individual in your organization on which you earned Commissions.

NOMENCLATURENomenclature for the columns in the details section (excludes Earnings Types):

• Level – indicates where the individual sits on in your Performance Lineage*

• Generation – indicates which Generation the individual sits on in your organization

• ID – the account number for the individual

• Name – the first and last name of the individual

• Title – the Paid As Title of the Consultant; identifies Preferred Customers as “PC”

• State/Province – the state/province of the individual

• Country – the country the individual originates

• Transaction Type – the type of transaction the QV/CV is generated from (Sale/Return) to show impact of Returns on calculations

• QV – indicates the Qualifying Volume generated by the individual

• CV – indicates the Commissionable Volume generated by the individual

• Total – Total Commissions earned on the individual

EARNINGS TYPESEarnings Types*:

• PC Retail Profit – total PC Retail Profit earned on the PC

• L1 – total Level 1 Commissions earned on the individual

• PT – total Personal Team Commissions earned on the individual

• Gen I – total Generation I Commissions earned on the individual

• Gen II – total Generation II Commissions earned on the individual

• Gen III – total Generation III Commissions earned on the individual

• Gen IV – total Generation IV Commissions earned on the individual

• Gen V – total Generation V Commissions earned on the individual

• RFX (Gen VI) – total Generation VI Commissions earned on the individual

Compression Symbols:

• § indicates a Compression due to a Roll-Around

• ‡ indicates a Compression due to a Termination
