CONCLUSIONMost of business graduates facing difficulties in finding a job Duration of job seeking process varies among graduates Graduates think that the subject during their study are relevant Graduates not fully utilize the Career and Counseling Unit Graduates still failed to get a job even had attended interviews Majority of graduates have gone a few interviews
CONCLUSION Graduates do not posses the knowledge before attending interviews Graduates expecting to get higher starting salaries Graduates do not prefer to be stationed elsewhere Graduates do not prefer to work in shift Graduates has never been subjected to any racially and ethnically offensive remarks during interview

Competency in English as graduation prerequisite for all students
Revising the university curriculum from time to time
