production lines ( Injections & Semisolids) • Building all the required system & procedures for all

the departments ( Quality Assurance , Quality Control , Production , stores & Purchasing etc )

• Developing new software for the company which controls the mission of the technical department through ORACLE BASED SYSTEM ( Working for around 1.5Year )

• We are now preparing to register new line for human products

UNICARE ESTABLISHMENT & FOUNDATION • Unicare cosmetics was established in 2008. • The company was established to capitalize on the surplus

demand for contract manufacturer in the cosmetics industry in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.

• Unicare cosmetics started out as small scale cosmetics contract manufacturer for various brands in the local market with a number of employees of less than 5.

• After one year , Unicare cosmetics had grown rapidly and now Unicare cosmetics has good experience in OEM of cosmetics . To be the leading contract manufacturer in K.S.A

• Unicare had materialized it by upgrading its factory to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) status by the construction of a modern factory to meet with to Rules and Regulations of SFDA in Saudi Arabia for cosmetics manufacturers .

• All products produced by our factory can be exported to all the surrounding countries freely. As part its business expansion plan,

production capacity, modernization and upgrading of production facilities, and implementation of automation production. The total turnover of Unicare Cosmetics for year 2009 is 5 million Saudi riyals . Unicare foresee its turnover to increase further with the expansion of its market share

NEW FACILITY & FUTURE EXPANSION

Due to the rapid increase of our business volume & after having a lot of inquires which cannot be executed in the exsisting facility we decided to start our new facility in the second industrial area in Riyadh. the new plant will be composed of three level 1000 squared meter building in 2000 squared meter land . & the execution of this project is divided into Two stages as follows :

• STAGE A : – Transferring the exsisting two production

lines ( semisolids & topical ) to the new site within 18 months from now after completion of ( civil work stage , electromechanical stage & finishing stage ) & this will allow us to increase our productivity & automate our process – Adding another syrups lines to assist our

new marketing strategies in the herbal syrups which will be handled by ASHBAN PHARMACEUTICALS whom are one of the oldest & largest herbal medicine traders in K.S.A

– This stage will occupy the ground & first level in our new facility

• STAGE B : – We have another 500 squared meter area

in the first floor level which can add another two production line

– Also we can get the license for the 2nd floor as well

– Our design for materials & personnel diagrams will allow us extend with our future lines without disturbing the works

– We can go for one of the following projects • Ampoules for hair tonics • Medical bar soaps ( acne …..etc.) • Propellant gas cosmetics preparations

( deodorant , antiperspirants ….etc.)• Sachets line or wet wipes.
