The Organization/Company Behind UniERP™
For a lasting solution, a company that is providing the solution and its agent organization who may be implementing an ERP must remain in the business and must have the commitment to customer satisfaction and success. In many cases, global companies assign a local agent who goes out of business or shifts the business focus to another industry. As a result, the implementation fails or the solution is short lived. The same may happen if a solution provider is new in the business and may not last long. UniERP™ Business Solutions™ are from Unisoft™, so customers don’t have to worry about this issue.
Unisoft™
Unisoft™ has been in the business since 1999 while serving and satisfying its customers and delivering many software solutions in various industries. The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has approved the Unisfot™’s UniVAT™ system as one of the only five systems to be used as the VAT software solutions.
The company will not go away. With its talented and satisfied resource pool, and through innovations and strong commitment to customer satisfactions, it is committed to remain in the business with the following vision and mission:
Vision
Unisoft™’s vision is to develop quality software solutions through innovation and continual improvement. Our products, services and commitment for customers’ satisfaction and success will make Unisoft™ a well-recognized and reputable organization developing and providing branded software solutions locally in Bangladesh as well as globally.
Mission
We strive to be acknowledged for a home of talented and satisfied employees who bring out solutions that enable people and organizations to be best efficient in their activities.
The UniERP™ Team
Even the best solution can fail if the implementation team is not seasoned and the team lacks commitment and professionalism. There is a solid proven team behind UniERP™ that makes UniERP™ Business Solutions™ superior to any other products in the market. The following leaders of the UniERP™ Team is proven that the UniERP™ Team is second to none:
Why UniERP™?
Because of the high failure rates of ERP implementations, it is extremely important for any organization to select
an appropriate ERP solution and implementation team while implementing ERP. To eliminate failures, companies must look into primary reasons of failures. Among many, the three top reasons that cause the unsuccessful implementations are:
1. Underestimating the value of human elements and failing to control/manage the organizational dynamics.
2. Design flaws within the ERP software, which makes it difficult to adopt according to the business needs over time.
3. Following unstructured development methodology or using of structured “classical” or “waterfall” methodology with inappropriate or without pragmatic assumptions.
To address these issues, behind the UniERP™ are the UniERP™ Organization, Team, Design and our Software Development Methodology that make the UniERP™ Business Solutions™ superior to other ERP solutions:

The UniERP™ Design
Many ERP solutions are designed with current needs only. As a result, when an organization
needs the solution to adopt according to the business changes, over time the system fails. UniERP™ Business Solutions™ Enterprise Architecture has been designed with this issue in mind, and it has been designed with the maximum flexibility, so we assure for maximum adoptability.
UniERP™ ARCHITECTURE
And the flexibility makes UniERP™’s Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Applications Architecture and Technology Architecture seamlessly superior to other existing enterprise architectures. To some extent we have followed TOGAF framework.
However, in general our architecture is developed by following global general business needs and enterprise practices. Below diagram depicts the UniERP™ Architecture at a glance:
