Asafoundationtosupportourcloud,aclusterissuitable,withmultipledatabasesandweb machines, Asterisk machines, andOpenSIPS machines, and Test and stagingserver.
This cluster has full redundancy and any single machine can crash with only a fewseconds outage. This system can also be easily expanded; typically the Asteriskmachines will run out of capacity first, and more can be added on the fly withoutaffectingservice.

Rateplanscaninheritpricingfromotherrateplans,allowing fine‐grainedcontrolofpricingfordifferentcustomers withoutneedingtoworkwithlargedatasets.ConnectiontoPSTNcarrierswithdifferentcarrierstodifferent

Calls can be authenticated by username and password, source IP address, callerid,

both internal and external calls, call forwarding, variable ring time, do notdisturb,callpark,etc.
Voicemail with external access, email notification, web access to messages, and

Customers can view invoices, transactions, andCDRs (history of callsmade) on the
web, anddownload transactions andCDRs to a spreadsheet. CDRs include realtimecallcosts.
Customers can configure email alerts for abnormal or potentially fraudulent calls
withintheircustomer. Customers can automatically be notified when their balance drops below a set
amount,andtheycanhavethesystemautomaticallyrequestatop‐upwhenthishappens.
Eachcustomercanbeinadifferenttimezone,setonthewebinterface.Alldatesand
timesthecustomerseesonthewebandinvoicesareintheirlocaltimezone. Click todialon theweb interfaceandSOAPAPI.Thiscanbeused forbothoutgoing
